I never imagined I would buy a pillow without touching it first, but I took a chance with this one because it looked so comfortable and got such good reviews. I am so happy that I took the chance. I love this pillow. It is solid, heavy and substantial, but somehow, soft and conforming at the same time. When the day comes that I have to replace it, I'm pretty sure it will be with the exact same one.

I was expecting the worst as usual, but ended up buying two queen size pillows. I have a very serious head and neck medical issue. I'm afraid to buy pillows they all seem to be with a loft that's so high,when you do wake up your neck is frozen in space and it's either so soft or so hard your smothered from your face within the pillow or so hard you end up with a headache from the hardness.I could not believe this pillows exact loft and having the proper firmness for my head not to soft nor to hard. It has a high quality shredded memory foam inside it, a quality, quilted,zipper case around it. I slept on it from the first night with no problems, I would give it a great rating.

Buy this pillow! I bought this pillow for my dog. Yes, she sleeps on a pillow and needed a new one. I liked it so much I bought one for myself as a snuggle pillow. The price is what got me, the quality is what sold me on another! I'll probably get a few more for the guest room. 5 out of 5!

This is the pillow I have been searching for for years. I am so satisfied with the gentle cushion and how it softly settles my head. It has a soft medium feel that does not leave you feeling the matress or the stress on your neck from the stretched height your head is at.

I used to get the bamboo ones for around $10 a piece...the adjustable ones...but now those have to be bought in a pair and no free shipping...this is a close second

When I opened the box I didn't think it was going to be firm enough, but after the pillow aired up it surpassed my expectations. It's not too high, neither too low, not too hard neither too fluffy. Definitely I great value

It has a bit of a plastic smell out of the bag (all memory foam does), but it dissipates quickly. I wish it had a bit more stuffing but for the price it's totally fine.

Item is NOT a flat pillow. It comes vacuum sealed! After opening box remove plastic bag. Then pull apart all of the compressed foam using both hands. You now have a perfectly fluffable pillow! Sleeps wonderfully. Will buy again.

While the product is comfortable it is very hot to sleep on. It might be okay for people who don't sleep hot or in the winter. I'm a very hot sleeper and they just don't work for me.

I was getting a really good deal or 1299, and I ordered 2, and there's flat as a freaking pancake. Even after waiting several hours to inflate , their super soft would never recommend this item. I guess the old adage is very true in this case
