Rich flavor
Salsa essentials. These New Mexico chiles are so good for making a salsa or sauce for slow cooking pork or beef. Earthy umami rich taste. Careful their color stains.

poor subsitution quantity too many
I wanted only one of a similar product and instead they gave me 5. Same product and price, yet gave me 5 and charging me for 5 items. Not what I ordered.
