I rarely give 5 stars. I have problems with my health and I have been losing my memory more and more it seems. These memo books have saved me because I can write everything down and it helps to have different colors to identify each subject. I write down what I eat in one and what questions I have to ask the doctor in another. They really help me put everything together from my diet to my medication. Very helpful item.

These compact field notebooks are perfectly sized for everyday convenience and use. You can use them as a memo pad by the telephone and your laptop as I do or maybe for grocery lists, notes or anything else you desire. There are 48 pages per book (24 sheets) so this 5-pack provides you a great value for the money. . The memo pads are each 3.5x5.5 inches and the binding and paper are of a very high quality.

Ready to write away. This will be good for grocery list. And things to remind you of. I already taking one to work. . It will be good for writing information. My little girl will use them for drawing. Also will my oldest son. . Not So much of my youngest son. He don't like to write. My husband will use them for What ever he want.I will recommend this product to everyone who ask for it.

The field books come in a set of 5. The field book measure 3.5 inches by 5.5 inches which makes them pocket size and easy to travel with (purse, pants pockets, or to be kept in any place). I can see them working great as a grocery list book that can easy be stored and transported. The colors of the books are 2 brown (like boxes or paper bags), 1 black, 1 orange, and one yellow. In the front they have written in large letters “FIELD BOOK ELAN PUBLISHING.” In the back they have written “FIELD BOOK” and the company website. It is held together with three staples. The cover seems to be a thick cardstock paper. When you open the book you see that you can write your name, email, and phone in case you loose it. In addition, it gives you lines to write the project details, starting date, and completion date. It contains 48 pages of lined paper with 21 lines that can possibly be written in. The lines are about one fourth of an inch apart, meaning that it is meant for small writing size. The inside of the back cover has the edge printed as a ruler up to 5.5 inches. My son likes to use them as on the go drawing paper. He keeps some in each of our cars, along with a pencil that easily clips onto the cover.

very compact, fits jn all my pockets...only downfall is that i wish it had a couple more pages but other than that its probably one of my best thing i use at work.

I am very happy with tbese field note books, they are the perfect size to fit in your pocket or purse, and even one for the console of your car. The quality is nice, the outer cover seems like a thick card stock, and the paper on the inside has a good thickness, it's NOT too thin and you cannot see through it like some other cheap note book paper. On the inside of the front cover it has a printed area for details like your name, email, start and completion date. It also has a 5 and a half inch ruler printed on the inside of the back cover which is a nice touch and may someday come in handy.
