These are something to use anytime you may stress your ankles/feet, and for support if you've already sustained an ankle injury. Can be used for sleep if you wake up with excessive foot pain - use compression low-cut socks while sleeping you're just a bit uncomfortable when you wake.

Great ankle support, supports the ankle and also the top and bottom of your foot. I have a torn ligament on the top of my foot and the brace definitely minimized my pain and discomfort

I have bought this before I really like the ease of putting it on and the tightness it gives my ankle.

I have a severely sprained ankle and this was the only brace of the three I purchased that truly compressed and supported the ankle. I would recommend this to anyone with a sprained ankle or one needing support

Great support! This is a great slip-on ankle brace. Gives good support and I typically don't have to wear that long for it to do the job.

very thick ,however you can't tell which is the top or bottom. bother ends are the same width.

my injury this brace was not the best choice. however my ankle/foot surgeon liked it very much.

it is supportive, but way too tight. I cut it a little to relieve some of the tightness. I bought the x-large. This size needs to be made a little bigger.

these would be 5 stars except for the edging at both openings is very rough feeling i didnt like the feeling of it

Doesn't stretch as described. Not for an adult, maybe for a small child. Waste of money. Don't bother. Sending it back for refund
