I got this for the bathroom to be heated when someone showers. It heats the room nicely. This heater throws off so much heat for a little thing that it is, I feel that it may have enough power to take the chill off of the living room when it gets bitter cold in the winter. We'll see when that time comes. All in all, I'm very happy.
I have to be honest here for the size and the money I spent for this heater is spectacular it heats the room and minutes actually I have to turn it off because it gets too hot great product and a few months I'll be ordering another one I am not home so I cannot take a picture
This small heater throws off a good amount of heat for it's size . I use on exceptionally cold days to warm my area I am sitting in . I would not recommend for a hole room. It has quick shut off automatic if moved or tipped. Takes up very little space .
I am impressed with this little guy! Heats up the bedroom in ten minutes (we don't have heat so it goes from very chilly to comfortable in a tshirt). And even does a great job warning up the mudroom that has poor insulation. It will go from 30 and ice on the windows to 50s and defrosted. It's very efficient and low energy cost. LOVE the tip over safety shut off.
Great little fan. Will buy more for other projects. This was the cheapest of three fans i bought at one time BUT it was by far the best. It totally heats a much larger room than expected. It has never overheated or turned off. This has good fan projection and is not noisy. Buy this fan...you wont be dissappointed.
didn't expect much from the little heater but totally surprised me! Heated 2 almost 3 rooms! Have to turn it off at times. love the safety feature that if it tips or gets bumped and its not full flat it will shut off. really helpful with pets running around
The units shipped to us DID have a functional thermometer control. Great price and will suit our needs just fine. A little noisier than your typical ceramic heater. The fan uses a wider bladed unit but moves a good amount of air. Shipping was a bit slow, but we ordered early fall and weren't in a big hurry, for the cost savings these were worth the wait. For me .. I cant see spending $30 - $40 for a heater of this type - this one is priced right and does the job.
Like many space heaters, this lasts for almost a winter season in northern Vermont. Some of these lasted just about 4-5 weeks. One of them lasted to the end of winter. For the money they are okay. The heat can be very good sometimes, and other times it is not quite enough. This is very good if your feet get too cold. The tall space heaters don't take care of your feet. This is also much more portable that the tall models. Do check your outlet where it is plugged in--if the plug at the outlet and the outlet feel too warm, shut the heater off for a while. Some of these space heaters heat up the outlet after several hours of heating. Also, some space heaters do not come back on if there is a power outage. This model does because the temp control is a knob you turn to the heat setting. The space heaters that use a digital setting do not come back on and you have to reset those once the electric is restored.
The reviews did not lie; it does heat very well. However, I am leaving my review to say that in one month I ran one all day and 2 of them only when my children slept or in the living room when people were hanging out. This caused my electric bill to go from $200 to 400 (!!!!) . The price you pay in the store is worth the warmth it provides for the house. however, the price you pay on your electric bill is not worth the warmth it provides lol. I do have central gas heating system in my house, i was just trying to lower my gas bill but I guess I will turn the heat up in the house next winter.
Never received the item. The seller, due to the type of shipping they chose, according to fed ex would have to be the one to submit the claim. As when I tried, it would not allow me to. End result, still don't have the item, nor a refund. The seller ended the email thread with “sorry, there is nothing I can do then”. Be cautious dealing with 3rd party sellers.
