[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tablet actually taste so good I don't mind taking it. I feel like i was able to retain more hydration for longer periods of time. My fiancé also tried it for when he plays basketball and he also says he realized he was stopping for water less and felt as though he had energy for longer periods of time in between breaks.

We both feel so much more refreshed. I noticed after taking them, I have less muscle cramps. I'm guessing I was a little more dehydrated than I thought. I drink energy drinks and this helps to also flush them. Will keep these in stock now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like te taste of this chewable vitamins. Is not too sweet or too sour. The size of the tables is good. It doesn't take too long for the table to disolved and if you want to chew it can be done very fast.

I think it stems from my years of being in sales and having to essentially live in my car, so hard to find restrooms. These definitely do the trick of a liquid hydrator in a drink format. The taste was a little jarring at first because of the sodium perhaps, not bad, but definitely surprising. There is not an aftertaste though! We all can use some extra energy fortifying B vitamins, which these tablets include. These are easily chewed and require nothing to swallow. The flavor I received was berry which appeals to most. I appreciate the fact that they ate gluten free, non-GMO, and vegan. There are only 5 calories for 2 tablets and the bottle is enough for a 30 day/month supply. It says to take them before physical activity so likely to prevent the dreaded leg cramps. I am planning on putting this bottle un my daughters dance bag and purchasing my own bottle.

I do like to use these after a night of drinking to replenish any lost electrolytes though I haven't noticed too much of a change after using them for just about 2 weeks now. Might be better for people who partake in sports or are really active and could really use the extra boost!

The vitamins are berry flavored which I usually like but these tablets are salty and sour. Not all that bad tasting. The vitamins work for someone like me who doesn't drink as much water as I should. I will continue to take. Vitamins are affordable.

According to the bottle, these tablets hydrate, sustain, replenish, and balance. These vitamins are non-gmo, gluten-free, and vegan. These tablets are meant for on the go hydration. Just take 2 tablets with water, and you can continue your activities or just stay hydrated. This product definitely didn't make me so thirsty during and after my workout. They are listed as natural berry flavor and chewable so easy to take. The taste honestly is overpowered by the powdered texture and sour-ish flavor. It's definitely not great. I'm not sure if I would repurchase because the flavor was a turn-off.

Very hard to chew and leaves a sour taste. Water washes it down however cant tell the difference except bloating

The next was the extremely bad taste it left my mouth that I just couldn't seem to get rid of. I would like to think that the benefits of the product outweigh the horrible taste and texture but it's really hard to tell that this product did anything. I don't know that I would repurchase it because of the taste and texture of the product. I would suggest creating it in a gummy form with a sweet flavor.
