My fiancé also tried it for when he plays basketball and he also says he realized he was stopping for water less and felt as though he had energy for longer periods of time in between breaks.

I tried them before the gym and after a day of outdoor work. Then I followed instructions and drank water. I think that these kept me well enough hydrated so I wasn't reaching for my water constantly or super thirsty. So it does help to prep you for your workout and to recover from sweating. They are easy to chew, are sweet and taste like candy. I do consider buying these especially if they make some with higher content if electrolytes.

I do like to use these after a night of drinking to replenish any lost electrolytes though I haven't noticed too much of a change after using them for just about 2 weeks now. Might be better for people who partake in sports or are really active and could really use the extra boost!

Very hard to chew and leaves a sour taste. Water washes it down however cant tell the difference except bloating

They are listed as natural berry flavor and chewable so easy to take. The taste honestly is overpowered by the powdered texture and sour-ish flavor. It's definitely not great. I know I won't repurchase because the flavor was a turn-off.
