Please don't discontinue

Tash September 5, 2024

I got this in a gift set at Christmas and have used it ever since. It's a wonderful toner that doesn't cause a reaction in my skin. I can't find anything else that works as well! Please bring it back.

Bring back the Ginseng Toner please

Merly April 23, 2026

The Ginseng toner is super. Didn't realise you had discontinued it. It's still available from other outlets, old stock I suppose. Not so keen on the Apricot toner and one of your articles does not advise it for dry skin! Please bring back the ginseng toner.

So upset

Brabbie June 10, 2025

I have been using this product for years and it suits my skin perfectly. Unfortunately my skin does not like the apricot toner and I am so upset you have discontinued the Ginseng toner. I have a small amount of the Ginseng left and managed to buy 2 small bottles but please if you can bring it back for all those clients who suffer like me.

Please bring this back

Dot1 September 30, 2024

I love this product on my sensitive and very dry skin. It would appear it has been discontinued as I can't find it anywhere but I hope you will bring it back given how popular it is.

Love Love Love

Sammy June 12, 2024

I love this toner. It is the only one I have found that doesn't react badly to my skin. Was very disappointed when I found out this item has been discontinued as I have struggled to find it. Now what am I going to use. I hope you will change your minds about discontinuing this product as it is a fan favourite.

Please don't discontinue!

JMariaN October 14, 2024

I can't believe this toner has been discontinued, I've been using it for a couple of years but a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer and went through 6 cycles of chemo, I'd keep it in the fridge and loved spraying my face with it morning and evening, it was amazing at keeping my dry skin hydrated.

Refreshing

KeepSmiling April 7, 2022

Have used Ginseng, Lavender and Apricot toners and I am fortunate that my skin loves them all. Leaves skin hydrated. Either use on cotton pads or spritz (a very fine spray when spritzing the best I have used). Leave your toner in the fridge through summer and spritz - beautiful.

Please listen to your loyal customers!

Rachel October 23, 2024

I have been a loyal Elemis customer for over 20 years and it seems all my favourite products that I have been using from the start have been discontinued. Firstly the wonderful Rosepetal Cleanser which suited my sensitive combination skin perfectly, then the Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser that I was advised to use as a replacement, and now the Rehydrating Ginseng Toner! I am so upset 😢

Don't discontinued products for dry skin

Juli July 26, 2025

Please!!! Try to hear us, I read such common comments about wonderful products that was discontinued, all that was kind to my dry sensitive skin, pro radiance cream cleanser , superfood night cream, old super food facial wash. All products are damaged my skin, you have so aggressive acids in another products. What about All hydrating products, many clients were disappointed, maybe there are fewer of us but we loved it! We are not about money we are about hearing us! Respect our needs please!!

Torn

Freo April 7, 2021

I am undecided on the spray feature... I like not using cotton pads twice a day, but the fine mist also covers more than just the face. I use the ginseng because it recommended for my skin tone, but do not particularly want what I am wearing smelling of it. I also wonder if much of the product is wasted. It is however very refreshing and I will buy again.
