This is my go to eyebrow pencil!!!! Love how well it goes on and you can't beat the price!! The color matches up perfectly to my brows! Definitely worth it!

When your money is short, and you still want to have some good make up, you can't go wrong with ELF. Did the pencils last forever absolutely not but it comes to in a package, so it'll last you a good month and a half and that's good especially cause I use it every day. And if you look at the ingredients, a lot of their ingredients are just like the higher end items.

I remember wanting my first eyebrow pencil and I got this one because I heard a lot of good things about the ELF brand, since using it I became obsessed with how easy it is to apply and blend out. I love how creamy it is and how it doesn't smudge. It's that good, my aunt also got it from hearing how I loved it too

This product gives my brows excellent shape. I love the shade. Applying is so easy and provides great coverage.

I wasn't sure if this would work for me. However I was pleasantly surprised to find it not only looks better than previous ones I've tried , but goes on quite nice . I received 2 pencils. I think that is a very good deal .

It's hard to order on line without seeing the product or its color. However, these brow pencil were dark enough to fill in my eyebrows to make them look fuller. I like the presentation and the price was perfect.

Elf eyebrow pencil is good but I did not receive it yet. It was missing from my order. I can't find away to tell Walmart. Where and how do you receive a refund for something one never received, but was charged for? Just forget it.. It is impossible to return item one never received.

I did a lot of research about turning fork treatment for all sorts of things and was so excited to find a good basic set on Walmart.com. Turns out, this set is not very good quality and I am outside the return window so I'm stuck with them. If you are serious about trying turning forks, invest in a better quality set. I don't recommend these.
