e.l.f. Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer, Sheer, 0.23 fl oz

My eyes have become sensitive to cosmetics but I must have a base even if I just use foundation on my lids. Had oily eyelids for years. I was pleasantly surprised trying this. Even though color is light and it doesn't totally cover my imperfections, I let dry them sponge a bit of foundation and it stays all day without drying/ accentuating wrinkles! I don't want to be without even if quantity in tube is less than acceptable.

I have hooded eyes, so when I wear eyeshadow, I tend to end up with that lovely greasy line of eyeshadow that has settled into my crease. But this primer is amazing and prevents that! Dot it on your eyelid, smooth it out with you finger, apply your eyeshadow and it will last all day! The only thing better than this primer is the price!

I absolutely adore this product. Other reviewers complain on how liquidy, how it's greasy etc etc, if you apply it right it makes my very oily eyelids keep their make up for 24 hours!!!!! Soooo, I apply by swirling applicator in tube to pick up a little product, dabbing a tiny bit on my clean eyelid and then using my pinky finger I gently dab it over my entire eyelid and socket really sparingly and as I do so it starts to dry, but not totally, I then add my shadow and that's it! Fantastic product for fantastic price, well done elf!!!

I suffer with oily skin, including my eyelids so my eyeshadow ALWAYS creases without fail. Saw this and thought i'd give it a try. It's amazing. My eyeshadow doesn't crease at all!! It lasts all day long and it's a lovely nude colour too so it hides all of the dark veins/blemishes. Would deffo recommend.

have tried many primers %26 for the price, this is the best!! it does a very good job and although there is not alot of product in the tube I will definitely continue to use! PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE IT!

This primer is amazing. It keeps eyeshadow on all day and stops creasing. Great value for money. I use Sheer and it's perfect for my pale skin tone, though I imagine it would work on darker skin tones too.

I like this primer as it's very lightweight and sheer - I have very pale skin and this doesn't look a horrible colour. My only issue is the amount in the tube itself - it's difficult to get much on the applicator, as if the tube is almost empty, even though it's brand new. I use my fingers to take it from the applicator and blend onto my eye. If the issue of quantity was sorted then this product would be worth it.

I do love this product and I think it works great. My biggest issue with it is that it does not last very long and I don't use that much. I feel for the size of the tube that it comes in, There should be more in it than there is.

I really like this product but I am on my 3rd one in 6 weeks and find it has either dried up or there is such a small amount of product in the container. I only use it 3 times a week! I would give 5* if it lasted longer.

this product is a bit TOO sheer, I like my eyeshadow primer to unify my eyelid but this doesn't do it for me
