Best purchase I've made in a LOOONG time! This toaster lives up to its advertising and then some! Perfectly accommodates two "normal" slices in each slot OR artisan bread = one piece in each slot - even the super long center slice! LOVE the thaw, warming, and cancel button features - keep bread products warm for large families or poor timing (LOL), and don't wear out your push-down handle! Sleek, makes any kitchen look a little more designer and uncluttered! Bottom line? DO IT!!!!!

This toaster is amazing, you can even reheat slices of pizza on top of it (with crispy results). You can fit 4 bagels inside at once and the temperature options are very precise. The stainless steel matches all of my appliances. I could never go back to a 2 slice toaster. This thing has spoiled me.

Exactly what I've been searching for to toast the old fashion loaf sour dough bread. Can toast 4 regular size slices or 2 of the longer loaf sizes.

I love this toaster, The slots are long and wide. My bagels fit perfectly in them. Easy cleaning of the outer suface and the crumb tray. Love all of its features. Well made, Quality product.

Since I decided not to buy a $300 SMEG, I settled for this one and I am so happy I did. Not only was it a great bargain, but it has a level so you can sit your hotdog/burger buns on the rack and it toasts your bun.

This product does a very good job with toasting various thicknesses of breads, frozen waffles, and more. Just a note, the 1st - 2nd setting is high enough for regular toast, in my opinion. More than that and you have dark - burned toast. That said, higher settings do well for English Muffins, or frozen goods. Don't be too surprised if sometimes your toast pops high enough to land on the counter, as the 'release' action is quite strong. The only 'con' so far, is that when the toaster is on, the heat above it gets quite hot. I had to pull it out away from the cabinets as the heat began to discolor the cabinet above.

I got the impression that it would be narrow. It's as deep as most any other toaster! And it's wider too. Takes up more space on my counter than I prefer. Bc of the size I would not buy again. it's nice looking and seems like it'll last for quit some time. Nice size openings for waffles, etc.

Even the lowest setting may burn your toast and the spring mechanism is too strong. Quite a few toast slices land in the floor even with the guard bar up. Other than that, I like the slide out bottom tray and roomy slots. I prefer the stainless steel to plastic for health reasons.

This toaster looked like it had great features. However, after receiving it I am much more than disappointed. I am perplexed. It has a warming rack which seemed like a neat feature. It has long and wide slots. Great! But you would think that there design would have been much better than it is. There is no depth to the slots. Even a small slice of white bread sticks up right to the top....larger slices of bread do not even fit. The toasting is not even. One part is dark, the other too light. I just don't understand! What kind of quality evaluations do they do? It seems they fall short.

I’ve owned the toaster three months. First two weeks It toasted the sides even. Now after 3 months it always toasts half The bread. Do not waste your money
