purchased for my daughter, she loves it. first time use I cooked a roast I couldn't believe how good my first roast turned out and how delicious it was. this crock pot cooks great happy with the purchase from my mom. this cooker is a 10.

Mostly impressed with crockpot!
I love the crockpot everything especially the size the only thing I don't like and didn't notice when looking for one on website, is the lid does not have rubber around it and doesn't seal. There are gaps here and there around the lid for so much heat to escape. Other than that I love it! The size and price makes it worth the money! ( was not expensive at all!)

Every time you slide it across counter the little rubber feet keep popping out. Then it makes the pot teeter. Annoying . Other than that crock is fine

Rust at the top as I opened the package! Yuck!!!
As soon as I open the package yesterday, I noticed rust all around the rim underneath the pot part it'll I'll show you in the pictures. It was absolutely disgusting. I've never opened any package and had something so damaged that's supposed to be brand new. I did look at returning it for replacement however it's too much to do a return with them. I don't have a printer to print out the return label and it's just a big old hassle so I'm just chucking it up to a loss in the money and will be buying a different crockpot.

Junk. Avoid.
Lid rattles constantly and is super loud while also sputtering water or whatever liquid there is into the countertop and anything within a foot of it.
