The little rubber parts on the bottom of the crock pot kept coming off. it's a real pain. I'm going to have to glue them on.

I love this huge crock pot. It cooks faster than my last one. I love the locking lid it helps to keep the temperature right. Digital settings are easy to use.

It's exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

It's a pretty plain cooker, just with locking lid. It doesn't perform any better than my older, less expensive slow cooker. It definately is not worth the price. The screws were all very loose on the lid handles and locks. They weren't even hand tight. I had to take a screwdriver to all of them to tighten them up to function. It's pretty, but it's not worth the money.

The product achieved what it said it would. The size was perfect for carrying a large quantity of a hot food. The locking lid prevented spills and the handles made it easy to carry. The locking device remains on the lid and is fragile and has to be treated with special care when washed or stored separately.

The slow cooker arrived with a defective ceramic insert. One end of the oval insert (casserole) was fine while the other end was very warped. I did not even get to use it. I was very unhappy with the quality especially with its price. With tax I spent $74 and change. I gave this 3 stars because a few other reviews have been favorable. I won't buy another one.

The way this crockpot is designed, you have to use both hands on one side just to open one side and the lid is still half close. This will allow the steam to come out that one side before removing your hands and possible burning you. Also , there is no medium setting for cooking. This is a bad design for such a high price. Also the pot is deep and tall, which is not ideal for cooking with meat and vegetables. You would have to stack items and of course the food would be soaked in liquids.

Came with the locking top stuck. Wouldn't release on the right hinge. Poor design has a high possibility to break on the locking feature. Will be returning.
