I needed a microwave that would heat up my food 100%. I also wanted one with will automatically start heating up my food by just pressing 5 for instance for 5 minutes. I do not really need the automatic lock feature that it came with but it’s okay. The size fits perfectly on my countertop.

It is a great microwave and works really well. It looks nice and cooks really well. You have to unlock each time you use it which I find to be a nice feature. Am quite happy with this purchase.

I wished there was a setting for the alarm. Really loud some microwaves have a settings to lower or remove the alarm sounds.

I am disabled with a limited income. I had a microwave that worked great until one day…poof…it died. I feared not being able to afford another. I do about 99% of my cooking by microwave due to my disabilities. Limited balance and no use of right hand. My oven is located on the right side of my kitchen. Dangerous for me to reach with left hand. I also receive Meals through my medical insurance that are to be microwaved I was able to save enough to afford this. Works great. Able to save on electricity by turning it off when not in use. Thank you

I ordered the one with the white in it , it was a little more money , but I got the one with all stainless steel so I can’t bring back for another one have to get refund

looks maybe like a returned item. not sure, but it was in bad shape! was supposed to be a gift but im not gifting it like this. im disappointed more each time i order from walmart. Amazon it is from now on.

This unit never really heated the food items up like it should. Sometimes it would be okay and at other times ver disappointing.Never attempted to cook an item because of the low temperature changes. Just recently, the door of the unit is not working. Can not get the door to open when you push the space provided. Please refund for the purchase of this item asap. Thank you!
