Elm & Oak Padded Massage Chair Recliner, Chocolate Upholstery

OK...as with everyone...it is risky to order furniture or big heavy items online..without being able to actually see it, feel it, or sit in it. We took a leap of faith..thought it looked comfy, it rocked and reclined, and didn't look too big. We have a new grandbaby arriving in July, and needed a rocker downstairs. WalMart to the rescue! We could not be more pleased. Free shipping to our local store and the kind folks there loaded it for us. We simply unpacked the box in the driveway, carried it in in two pieces, and put it together in about 5 minutes. We purchased the medium brown color, the fabric is nice and soft, and the chair is very comfortable,with nice padded arms. It will be a perfect rocker for our new addition to the family. It also "vibrates"...which is noisy, but the other grandchildren think it's awsome. This chair won't get a lot of use, so the hope is it will hold up. For less than $250 bucks...a pretty good find. Thank you Walmart!

This chair is very comfortable, the massager has 2 settings low and high and it is nice an strong vibrating compared to other ones, the material is nice and soft, but not sure if it will wear well over time. It came in 2 pieces and easy to put together. The price can't be beat especially for the comfortableness and quality!

With a price under $250, I wasn't expecting too much, but to say the least, this massaging rocker recliner blew me away. All the functions work as they should, the recliner mechanism is smooth and easy to operate and the chair is also very attractive. Just a few days before our chairs arrived, I had to have emergency back surgery for a herniated disc. I was ordered not to sit, but could spend unlimitted time in a recliner. Needless to say, our chair was a comfortable attractive "life saver" for me.

We love this chair. The price was a Black Friday price and it was great! It arrived in about a week even with a horrible sleet, snow and winter storm across the country. The box fit easily in the back of our SUV. It was easily removed from the packaging, packaged very well, and put together in about 10 minutes from the start of opening the box. It has a massage feature that is a little loud to me, but I'm not used to a massaging chair. The controller for the massage is nicely placed on the side of the chair for ease of use. I absolutely LOVE the fabric on this chair! I have extremely sensitive skin due to health problems, and the fabric feels great on my skin. It's not a huge chair, but it fits my over 6 ft., 260 lb. husband just fine. I also love the material inside the chair. When you rest your head, it's fully supported, and the material conforms to your neck, so there is no uncomfortable space behind your neck, leaving your head in a bad position. It's just an extremely comfortable chair, and for the price it was a steal. We will definately buy another one of these chairs to match even if the cost has gone up.

My husband and I bought this chair for his father. We shipped it site-to-store, and once we saw the box, we knew we couldn't hide it from him (the box is huge!). The chair is really easy to assemble. You literally attached the back of the chair to the bottom, connect two wires, plug in, and you're done! It was the first time my father-in-law has ever been surprised by a gift. The chair is super comfortable, and the massage is great. The back of the chair as well as the seat vibrate, and you are able to choose a high or low setting. Easy to use and we were able to get it in his favorite color!

I'm 65 and a woman! I wanted a new recliner for the den for myself. The old one was a massaging chair (with vibration options) with a foot stool that was separate. I was sick of having to pull the foot stool close to the chair. The chair did recline, but . . .l So I researched (online) reclining massage chairs: Lazyboy, etc., but all were $800 to $2,000. Then I found this one at the WalMart website and just went for it . My husband set it up within 5 minutes and it works great! The color was perfect (not too gold; just a nice neutral tan). For the $249, it's a steal. I love the fabric - very soft. It's the perfect size for me: I'm 5'6" and 190#. It was a little short for my husband at 6' and 180#, but he agreed it was so comfortable and just wide enough for his skinny body and long enough for him to be comfortable. Hope this helps.

Some recent surgeries require me to sleep in a recliner rather than a bed, so I was looking for something cost effective, durable and comfortable. I found it in this recliner! Other than being slightly narrow, this recliner has been perfect for my needs. It's a great value and looks nice with my other furniture. Wish I had made this purchase sooner!

I am a senior 86 years old. The chair came so well packed I had a hard time getting it out of the box. That of course is a plus. It came in perfect condition. I had no trouble setting it up. I wore out my other recliner and needed something I could relax in and sleep for naps. I found it to be hard at first but it needed breaking in and now it's comfortable. I'm a heavy person and the chair is plenty big enough for me. It feels like it hugs me. However, I'm only 5'2" and the length is perfect. A tall person might have a problem with the length. The material is very nice, soft and comfortable. I'm very satisfied and I recommend it for short people. I got the light tan and it's true to the color. Matches my sofa perfectly.

So much better than the chair it replaced, but I'm a hard to fit person and was disappointed. First time I sat in it I felt springs at the very back of the chair, but I'm 210lbs so that was not a total surprise. The fabric is nice and I think will hold up well. Little things --- need to use arm on the side to lock leg support in the up position. I need to use that side arm to lower the legs (my legs aren't strong enough to push the leg rest down) and lock in lowered position. Also, chair doesn't stay all the way reclined, it inches forward while you rest/sleep. Didn't need/want the vibration feature but it feels good and if you've ever had this function before, you'll know the 'noise' level is really low - if not, you'll think it's noisy. I need to slide my head into the low section between the tufts to be comfortable. For the price it's an OK chair. I wouldn't get another, but since it's this one or nothing, I'll keep it.

Not a good quality recliner, very disappointed, I bought it for my brother who has stage IV prostate cancer and I could not afford anything else as I am his financial support. Given a different circumstance I would not have bought this cheaply made recliner
