This Rubber Cement has been the best thing I can find for hanging pictures without damaging them! I hang old pictures on the side of my fridge to make a collage and love how easy it is to remove if necessary.
Use Elmer's Craft Bond of you are serious about what you glue with rubber cement. I don't even buy the lesser holding cement any longer. Most of the time, you can get away with bonding the two surfaces with your fingers. It's rubber cement, so you can pull the pieces apart usually, depending on what you're gluing. If you want it to stay put, this is the rubber cement that you want to use. The brush inside lasts all the way to the end, & so does the cement. About a year after being opened & used, it gets a little ify, but does quite well with clamping.
It's the best for my card making projects! So easy to use %26 works like a charm!
Excellent well packaged and not messy
It is good to have around for craft projects.
As far as sticking well etc, its great.. However I used it to glue a bag of chips onto a card and the chips had a taste like the glue. Weirdest thing. We did throw them away.
I want something that hold my business card again the back of the phone case and removable when needed w/o damage the business card. This work great for that. It more liquid than expected initially but it become solid as time pass.
Good I. Wheel S T I C K wiff it
Elmer's Craft Bond Rubber Cement is a strong, clear adhesive that works well for crafts and paper projects. The brush head is a bit large for precise application, and the glue itself is just a little thicker than ideal. Still, it spreads well and dries clean, making it a solid choice for bonding needs.
Be careful using the 1st time. When you remove the "brush" the whole stick drips the rubber cement everywhere. Have an old rag handy to wipe it off, then insert the brush tip in the bottle. The brush tip is pretty wide too, so might not work in a smaller area. Be prepared to have a small brush tip on hand if doing targeted glue areas. There was little to no odor, but wear gloves handling this stuff, it's toxic. Walmart curbside did age verify me at pick-up so also have your photo ID ready. It's nice they do that to keep this out of the hands of minors though.
