I bought it for the sheer reason that I was going to have surgery, and I wasn't going to bend over and clean a cat box. It has definitely done its job and I totally love it.
I like everything about it .
We really like it what a difference!!!!
It works so well. When we first put it together, we didn't quite understand how the shovel went in. It was later found that the shovel was already loaded inside, and the shovel outside was a spare. Everything is complete. He also sent two large rolls of hygiene bags. It lasts a long time. Push the button, and it automatically scoops up cat poop. And deodorizing and sterilizing. That's great.
The power switch is located on the right-hand side underneath the handle. The setup is quite straightforward if following the instructions step by step. Any missing steps may cause issues in setting it up correctly. I could probably have the machine set up in 15 minutes if not for my cat, who kept bothering me and walking around. I recommend placing it on a carpet during setup because the box tends to move when I try to pull the step out. The interior is quite spacious; my 15-pound cat has no problem turning around or even sleeping in there. This machine works very well with Arm and Hammer clumping litter (the black box one). Now, I am a happy cat parent—no smell, no scooping, and more time to play with my cat.
The only problem with this machine is its plastic which the poop smell stays in the plastic collection bin. I've cleaned it with Bleach etc and it's still there. So I'm not 100 percent happy with this.
I bought this with very high hopes, however I am wildly disappointed. One (or maybe both) of my cats pee in the front right side of the litter box and the way this box is configured it leaks out into the front tray and all over the floor, looking under the unit. Spending this much money on something that actually makes more work for me than the $30 box I had before. Need to figure out how to return since I literally threw the box away this past week.
Absolute trash. Didn't even get a cat inside it. The rake to get the poop was way too long and caught the inside of the tray and got stuck every time it tried to run.
I got this all set up the blue light came on but it didn't do anything else not matter what I did then the app just always said that the machine is off also the reversal that holds the waste is very small you would still have to empty it a few times a week if you have multiple cats
It does not take or scoop all of the poop and pee clumps. The splash guard in the upper back constantly comes off and beeps at you. The red things are attractive for my cats to remove and chew on. There should not be a replacement rake as the one rake should be able to be easily removed and cleaned if needed. I will be returning as soon as I figure out how to.
