Ematic Nintendo Switch, Type-C to HDMI + USB + Card Reader

I bought this for my Nintendo switch so that I could take it on the go, it is one of the greatest things ever made. It's so small and simple, and it has all the ports that a normal switch dock would have. In my opinion, this tiny thing is better than the Switch dock itself.

I got this Ematic USB Adapter along with my Nintendo Switch. It is a great addition to my Switch. I can now play almost where ever I want. Charging is a snap. In addition I can use it with my cameras! I recommend buying this adaptor!

I bought this as a bundle with a Nintendo switch. I've seen how annoying it is for my sisters to have to bring the official Nintendo switch dock with them every time they travel just to plug the switch into the tv. I was excited to have something really small that I could easily fit into my bag when I travel so that I'd be able to connect to a tv. I didn't have high hopes that this adapter would work but I was totally blown away. I plugged the official Nintendo switch power supply into the adapters usb-c port and the hdmi from the tv into the hdmi port. Plugged the adapters usb-c cord into my switch and my switch displayed to my tv. Picture looked great. Transferred audio correctly from the switch to the tv. Neither the adapter or the switch heated up. I played my switch for 3 hours and had no problems. And I checked the battery level of the switch after I was done and it was still at 100% so the adapter was charging properly. Performance: 10/10. As for the adapter itself, it doesn't feel flimsy. Nice solid plastic. Had 3 usb 3.0 ports, 1 hdmi, 1 usb c, and a micro sd and sd card slot. Honestly, it has everything you could need. Works great. Wonderful Travel replacement for the switch dock. 10/10 will be buying more for family and friends as it's very affordable.

So convenient and well made. This device makes the Switch truly handheld and mobile. No worries about taking the dock with you, this compact device lets you travel with your switch with the perks of either playing handheld or on the TV. Well worth the investment.

With all the reports about bricking switches using the wrong accessories, I was nervous about trying the Ematic adapter. However, I've been very pleased with the results. Using the original Nintendo Switch charger, I also had 4 controllers connected (2 Joycons, 1 Pro-Controller, and 1 USB Controller) to my Switch and it worked great playing on a T.V with an HDMI cable. I've used it multiple times now, and haven't ran into any issues.

Very handy TV display adapter, now you can use TV in Air BnB and play switch game where ever you travel to! Remember to bring your original switch traveler to get TV output!

Highly recommend. Purchased for the Nintendo Switch. This device makes it so much easier to travel with the switch, and not having to bring the dock. Great purchase!

Works well with my switch, tab s4 and galaxy s8+ (for dex mode). USB ports or usb type 3 which is also good.

I bought this as part of a bundle. Seems like a good alternative than hauling the bulky dock for travel. Pros: - good alternative to the bulky dock that comes with the Switch - has a pass-thru USB C charging so it enable the charging of the Switch while playing on the TV - I bought it for Nintendo Switch but this is a generic adapter that should work for laptop, etc that has similar hardware spec Cons: - was hoping for a better material quality for the price

I didn't think it would actually display my Nintendo Switch, but it did. I used it for two days while out of town and so far so good. The casing is a bit cheap but it keeps the weight down which is obviously good for traveling.
