My doctor recommended I start taking these to help with my immune system. So I have been taking them for 2 months and haven't been sick with even a cold in that time. Before that I could just look at someone sick and I caught it. So this is helping me or the good Lord has his loving hands around me or both. Either way I am going to keep taking it. I think if it's good enough for a doctors recommendation it's good enough for me! Get you a bottle or two!!

This is not a vacuum. How it picks up debris and cat litter is by a mop roller which turns and pushes debris into tiny holders under the lid. You will have to empty this debris several times before you get finished. The only part of this “roller” powered floor sweeper is it bright led light. You can see everything in its path. This light is the only thing that's helps because it shows how much it's not picking up and how the cat hair flies away rather than “vacuuming it up. You well find that yo dread to use it because of all the emptying of the 1,5” debris bins It will fill up very fast and will need to empty often. You really can't call it a wet mop because you have to clean out these bins before you use the water solution. This is because the water will mix up with your full debri cups. And you will have to take the debris cups to your faucet to run hot water over you little mud cups before the dry and the you will have to scrape it out with a knife. This new wet:dry vac will never beat the original wet/dry vacuum which has unbelievable vacuum power. It will pick up debris, pet hair before it gets near the debris The only thing the old one needs is brighter LED headlights and longer run Time. A plus for the original model is yo never have to touch the dirt or scrape it out of the vac. The trays are disposable. You just push a button on the side and you can vacuum and spray mop at the same time. I'm surprised that SHARK has put this awful vacuum on the market.

I buy the supplement all the time. The only thing I would recommend is not buying it during the hot summer months. This last bottle was a little sloppy from melting and the reforming . I didn't notice any difference in the taste. I hoped still had the same benefits. I think these should be transported in A/C cooled trucks.

They stick together after about a week of use %26 they're hard to get out. I loosened them with a butter knife %26 turned them upside down to make it easier. The next morning, they were all nasty %26 gooey.
