I really like the quality of the Emeril pans and the reasonable price tag!!! I have a stainless skillet that is larger than the one purchased at WalMart that is probable about 10 years old now and still going strong. I hope the non-stick version lasts at least as long.....

I like how everything just slides right out. I also like that the pan has a nice weight to it, not so light it bows or warps in time or not so heavy you can't hardly handle it. I like it very much.

I did not use the product as it turned out to be too small for my needs but I liked the weight, the look and the promise of it. I will look for a larger version if the price is right.

Seems like a nice pan so far(using about 1 month); light weight, easy to clean and so far great non-stick. As far as durability, too soon to say. Am happy with purchase so far.

This induction pan was very promising; however, we I tried to cook with it, the stove could not recognize that it is an induction pan. The stove just kept on clicking. It did not heat the pan. It appears, although this is an 8" pan, the bottom of the pan is too small for the regular size heating circle on my induction stove.
