Supports Focus and Joint Healt
I've been taking this fish oil for several weeks and have noticed subtle but positive benefits. It seems to help support my focus and attention, and I've also noticed less joint stiffness after busy days. I appreciate that it's easy to take and doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste. Overall, a quality omega-3 supplement that I've been happy with.

Quality Supplement for Joints
I have osteoarthritis in both knees. This is part of my protocol for easy mobility. I've been taking it for years and highly recommend this quality supplement.

So far so good
This review is based off of taking these for a few weeks half the dose. I'm now going to switch to the full dose. I haven't noticed any negative side effects since I started taking this, but I also haven't noticed any positive side effects yet. I'm going to keep taking these in hopes that they will improve my overall health in combination with a probiotic, b12 (Methylcobalamin form), and multivitamin. Make sure you take this with a fatty food for best results such as avocado.

Best Omega 3's
This is the only "fish oil" product I have found that actually says on the label that the Omega 3's in the product are in the triglyceride form. All the studies that show benefits from these Omega's were tested with them in their triglyceride form. It is the purest. So they are a little large as pills go but I can take them, thank goodness. They never cause the dreaded fish burp.
