Epson EcoTank ET-4800 Wireless All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer with Scanner, Copier, Fax, ADF and Ethernet

This printer is amazing. I absolutely love it. It uses so little ink you will hardly ever have to refill it. It prints, scans, and copies well, but I have not been able to test the fax functionality. I love it and I would recommend it to anyone who uses their printer or copier a lot.

Excellent printer. I have been buying epson printers for over 20 years and this is by far the best one. The print resolution is amazing. I had to actually change my colours on my labels because now they are too dark. Just amazing. And this was one of the easiest to connect to my computer as well. This is the first time i didn't have to contact Epson due to difficulties connecting. Outstanding job Epson!

The setup took me awhile because the instructions need to be more for each setup. Now, that I'm setup, it's great. What I really like is that it connects to my iPhone and I can sit in my living room and send the command to the printer and everything gets printed, even different groups get printed one after another. The ink tanks are the answer to getting a lot of printing and using very little of ink. I've already printed about 200 pages and didn't put a dent in the cartridges. I've also printed a group of photos and everything comes out perfect. The reason I purchased this printer is because my computer is a Windows 7 and the printer accepts that system whereas HP printers need Windows 10 or 11 to operate. That's the winner!

Super happy with this printer! I love the fact that there isn't any cartridges. I bought this because my last Epson that I bought 5 years ago still works great but the print cartridges are almost as much as I paid for the printer now. I have been told by others that the ink in these will last a couple years. We will see! It was super easy to set up and it's a pretty good looking printer. My last Epson was a big printer. This one takes up less space. The only thing I wish it had was a paper tray like my older one.

This printer is hard to set up but once its is seems to print well. First time to use ink we have to refill so not sure about that step yet. It replaced our hp printer which didnt seem to want to talk to our computer. Not sure why that happened. We have had it for 2 weeks and other than using more ink than expected doing o.k. Watch out on the set up. Some said it was easy and it took my husband 3 hours and he's used to setting up printers and computers.

The EcoTank system is the best part it saves a lot on ink costs and lasts for months before refilling. I like that it prints, scans, copies, and faxes all in one compact design. The setup is simple, and the wireless connection works smoothly with phones and computers. The print quality is sharp for both text and color documents, and it handles photos surprisingly well. The paper feeder works efficiently, and the ADF feature makes scanning multiple pages quick. The tanks are easy to refill without mess, and the ink levels are visible from the front. For the features and long term savings, it offers excellent value for money. The only small drawback is that it prints a little slower in high quality mode, but the results are worth it. And the other thing I don't like about it doesn't have paper tray rather exposed paper feeder on the back. Overall, it's a well-designed, efficient, and cost-effective printer for everyday tasks.

it would be a great product if it was made with any quality. For $300 the feeder should work more than one month. Now I have to go through the hassle and this is my third Printer that did the same thing that the feeder stops working quickly. That's the only reason I bought this model printer. The feeder is an important quality for me. I do a lot of scanning and rely heavily on the theater. This is the third Home Printer I have gotten where the feeder stops working quickly. This one stopped working within one month. That is absolutely unacceptable. And with everyone's busy schedule mine included it is a tremendous hassle to have to try to go through the trouble of returning it or getting it fixed. Do not buy this without getting insurance on it. I have never purchased a feeder that worked more than a year. They make them cheap. They are moving parts that are made with really cheap quality material. For $300 I would expect better quality.

The printer was hard to install after it was installed. There wasn't enough instructions to know how to how to put it in service got it connected to the Internet and then after about a week, it quit on the Internet and it won't connect again so no I would not recommend to buy this project product. Printer uses ink pads that can only be replaced by an authorized dealer. Support suggested I buy a new one at a discount, not happening. Only lasted 2 years and now is completely unusable. This is an unacceptable practice, implying a bait and switch practice. The closest repair shop is 61 miles away, cost including shipping $124.00 (not including my cost to ship to shop) for a $300.00 printer. I will never buy another Epson product.

I am so disappointed in this printer! This printer is super noisy and loud when it prints. If I wake up early before my family I won't print for it is so loud! There are more than weekly updates on the software, which has 2 to 3 pop-up windows when you sign in. I have no idea why it needs so many software updates for such a simple device! The scanner constantly gets jams and can't handle more than 7 pages! It is the worst printer I have ever owned since the 1980s!
