The little screen in front is kinda small. We got this printer for my 87 year old Dad, so he has a hard time seeing it. But that has nothing to do with its performance. The performance of the printer is really good.
I am so disappointed right now. I made a big mistake and pressed ok to a message saying there was a firmware update. DOn'T DO IT PEOPLE! I can no longer use my generic ink cartridges as the printer no longer “recognizes “ them . Baloney! They were working perfectly before the firmware update. Now I am stuck having to purchase only Epson expensive ink or have no printer. Rude!
One of the worst printers ever.. Ink finishes very fast And ofen print doesn't recognize the ink cartridge makes by new ones even though yours is full of ink .. Every time it updates the software it makes more problems and stop working and I have to go print outside. If the color ink is out it stops working so you can't print black and white. What a s hity product
the printer drinks ink and I cant seem to get it to work with a canon cheap printer or the Epson 2930 WF the chrome book is a piece of crap do not buy this type even though its cheap
I bought this printer a little over a month ago and so far it has used up not only the cartridges that came with the printer but the new ones I bought. I printed less than 20 pages in color and at this rate I would need to replace the cartridges every 2-3 weeks as I print at least 5-6 color photos a week. I am beyond the 30 day return period where I bought it but I have already bought a new one - this time with the tanks.instead of cartridges.

This machine has wasted hours of my time. Setup was a pain. I still can't seem to operate it from my computer. After about 4 or 5 cleaning cycles, it is still not printing properly AND it is already showing low ink. The cartridges are so light, they seem empty- I can't imagine there is more than a teaspoon of ink in them. I am returning this asap. The pathetic amount they put in them is a SCAM!!
I need to get a replacement this printer doesn't work I've called Epson every other day since June 1 2026
I purchased ink on Tuesday printed 10 standard pages and now it tells me my brand new black ink cartridge is empty. How does that happen???? This is the feeling of getting ripped off
