Equate 100% Pure Cotton Swabs, 500 Count, 2 Pack

I've been using these for many, many years now and I don't think I'll ever switch. These are an excellent value for how many you get in the box. I absolutely don't like using the plastic swabs because they bend out of shape. I don't have any issues with theze ones doing that, and they've proved to be very sturdy. I buy these for the entire family, and they last a good while.

these have a paper stick VS the plastic alternative with the generic ones that are priced the same. the plastic stick kind are terrible and wouldn't clean ears properly. these are the best option, work better than the qtip name brand that cost so much more!!!

It has been my experience that typically the store or off brands of the cotton swabs are sub-par. There tend to be bare tips (with no cotton) on some of the swabs and/or swabs with way too much cotton, however these Equate Cotton Swabs do not have any of those defects - thank GOODNESS!

I discovered these Q-tips I'd say maybe about six months ago and they are just as equal as the brand Q-tips for probably 2 to 3 dollars more money. They have enough cotton on the tips and they are not the cheap bendable kind where you put it in your ear and it burns. They have a good strong stick holding it together so I definitely recommend this over the Q-tip and having to pay 2 to 3 dollars more for just the main. OK, OK, I know we're not supposed to stick things in our ear canal and I am not advocating that but these really hold up and can clean the dirtiest ears without bending or snapping in half. The cotton stays on the stick and does it's job. The package is packed tight so you darn well get your money's worth and then some. These are a really good value and they clean my dirty ears very well.

Excellent Q-tips, the applicator is sturdy, the cotton doesn't unravel and you don't get the chance at least in my experience of having the little wood stick, poke your ear through the cotton either. Have specifically re-purchased these Q-tips for the above reasons.

These are half the price of the name brand and although they do bend slightly easier, it's not even enough to really notice. They're very sturdy and I'll bet that if someone did a blind test on these and Q-tips brand cotton swabs they wouldn't know which was the name brand and which was generic. They're that close. And for half the price you have no reason not to get them!

I really like these Equate Cotton Swabs — they’re sturdy, not the flimsy plastic kind that bend or are hard to control. The quality is great, and they work just as well as Q-Tips for a fraction of the price. This is the only brand we buy now.

These used to be a great alternative to Q TIP but they redesigned them, or changed supplier, or just told the existing supplier to save a few pennies but now they bend like mad! you cant put any pressure on them and they bend in half. Bring the old generation back!
