My fingers were not strong enough to remove the cap. I had to call a representative to explain how to remove the green cap. The green cap needed to be squeezed and turned to remove it. Finally, I used a pair of pliers to get the cap off so I could use the nose spray.

I don't really know yet if I will like this product cause I'm still struggling to get the lid off so I can actually use it. For goodness sake why is this impossible to get off? 🤔

Went back to a big "V" name brand. Seems that this store brand nasal spray doesn't work for me. But reader, as always some other products in this brand line are good and save money. So, advise from the old man, try it and see..

The ish works perfectly just doesn't have a clear instruction on how the f to get it out of the spritzer. I'm pretty much addicted to Afrinish nasal spray because when I don't use it I can't breathe. Doctor gave me some ish but it ain't near as effective at reducing the inflammation in my sinuses, or if I get a big ole zit , put a little dab will do ya on the zit and it'll be gone in five seconds once popped.

Very poor design, to use and to open. Horrible. I had to get a screwdriver to get the thing open. The sprayer way hard to use and did not get in the nose well. Will not buy again.

Called equate mint only is it not what I ordered it's 1/2 the size an impossible to open I called equate 800 number and we still couldn't open it… since it's seasonal hayfever and I order this every 2 weeks I had to run to DG and get some menthol nasal spray from there so I could breath for the day

I am reviewing the packaging more than the actual product. It took me over 20 minutes and teeth and pliers to get the cap off. Once I finally got it off it doesn't spray and that's probably my fault because the whole pump section fell off when I finally got the off.

Packaging says comparable to Vics Sinex - it is not. No menthol, doesn't open up passages, still stuffy. Difficult to get pump started. Not what I thought I was getting.

half the amount of the normal product, nothing comes out, takes twice as much as before to unstuff your nose, and the cap is a nightmare. do not buy this. it is not the same as the usual equate nasal sprays.

I'm all for buying Equate products and usually like them as much as the national brands but for the first time I have run across one that is absolutely awful. First of all this nasal spray is almost impossible to get open from the packaging, but worse than that it is terrible to try to use! if you have any kind of arthritis or problems with your hands don't buy this! Only buy it if you have a lot of patience and you don't mind working out the puzzle of the cap and the sprayer to get to use it. The cap is almost impossible to get off at first and then falls off after you've removed it once. And the sprayer has to be turned to a precise spot just to be used. Most of the time it's in the lock position and you have to work with it for a few minutes. And then you're lucky if you get it in the right spot so you can actually use it. The design of this product is awful. I hope someone redesigns it or they're going to completely lose money because nobody's going to buy it a second time.
