Two of my kids were diagnosed with the flu two months ago. I was so afraid that the rest of the family was going to get it, me and my husband started taking these right away, and we both only had mild sore throat and mild aches and pains that only lasted 2 to 3 days. I would highly recommend these, I was so shocked that they actually worked after reading many reviews from others, but they 100% do! I will be sure to keep these on hand anytime any of our family has colds and or the flu.

I don't normally do reviews and I can't take over the counter flu medicine because it makes me feel incredibly weird with a racing pulse. That's why I tried the more natural option with this product. I was very sick with extreme body aches and chills with 102 fever. Raw throat and extreme congestion I felt so bad, I decided to take one, and I'm not sure if it's some coincidence but I'm so confused because a hour after taking this my symptoms are 90% gone. I took an ibuprofen for throat and head a few hrs later. I read some people it didn't work for but so far it definitely has been an amazing product. Body aches, fever, congestion gone as of now! Also no strange feeling, I've had no side effects.

It's a great alternative to the name brand and just as effective. Make sure you follow directions especially the eating and drinking restrictions you want your stomach to be almost empty so it gets the most absorption and effectiveness.

These really seem to help. I have had a Novo these really seem to help. I have had norovirus for three weeks. I've never been so sick. These are not a cure, but they seem to help ease some of the pain and help me sleep.

I normally always buy this in the brand-name however when I found the equate brand and was able to see how much of a difference the price was and it was less I decided to give it a try and although it's packaged differently, it works just as great as it's competitor

Awesome flu relief product and it is easy to swallow

Definitely helps any flu/ cold like symptoms.

I guess it really depends on your symptoms, but it didn't help any of my symptoms. I will try it again when I am sick and see if it helps, though. It was nice not to have to swallow it. It goes under your tongue and dissolves.
