Didnt make me tired for 8 hours of sleep. Didnt wake up until alarm went off. I love this alot. Dont use all the time just on nights my body decides it wants to keep me awake.

I took one pill and slept the entire night which is unusual for me because I usually wake up several times a night. I love that I did not wake up tired. I felt rested and it only took one pill. I will definitely continue to use them when i need them.
