Equate Beauty Hydrating Cleanser, 12 Fl oz

I have not tried the name brand but it appears to be basically the same. I like this product because it is almost like a gentle lotion and it leaves my face soft after washing. I do like to exfoliate occasionally but I think this is going to be my main face wash now.

I have repurchased many times. no fragrance, no harsh cleansers, no soap. It does have ceramides and works as good or better than the name-brand more expensive cleansers. I have tried many many and there is no reason to spend more. No stripping of the face and no breakouts. Highly recommend

Works great. Just as good as the more expensive brand name. Don't expect it to suds up, however. The only way I got it to actually suds is with a little face scrubber that has soft silicone bristles on it. But takes off makeup very well and also works well as a daily wash without drying your skin.

Honestly: you won't find a better cleanser. It's hands down better than Cetaphil and quick frankly, is better than many of the $30 cleansers that I've purchased. I was bummed they were out of stock near me today, I don't want to buy anything else! It is almost identical to Vanicream cleanser, which is twice as expensive. Highly recommend.

This is the only face wash that doesn't break me out or dry my skin out. I can't use moisturizers in general because they break me out, but with this face wash, I am both moisturizing and cleansing my face all at once without the breakouts. This face wash is so much less expensive than Cera-Ve, and in my opinion, it's better in terms of not causing breakouts. Please never stop making this!

My sister was the one to put me onto this cleanser after I had mentioned to her I was almost out of my Cetaphil hydrating cleanser. Two bottles of the Equate cleanser is less than one bottle of Cetaphil or Cerave! They're pretty big also which is great. I love that it contains ceramides and that it is fragrance-free. The consistency is less than creamy but it's definitely not watery. My skin felt amazing after one wash, I can imagine after a week my skin will feel even better. Highly recommend and very affordable! 10/10

This product is simply amazing! I had pretty oily skin but after some research I figured out that it was from my skin being dehydrated so I went searching for a hydrating cleanser and this one was not only an affordable option compared to the brand name alternative but it works great! It's very gentle and does not have a strong fragrance. It's great at keeping my skin hydrated and not oily and I believe has helped keep breakouts at bay. I would definitely recommend this cleanser to anyone debating on if they should buy it or not.

Like Cerave only cheaper. I like it a lot, this us my 2nd bottle.

Im 54 or 53. I have good skin. I like this. Gentle and removes all my makeup.

I love this cleanser so much its formula is lovely and plumps up my skin unlike the CeraVe. I'm just very disappointed they changed the pump, before you lock it in just 1 twist, why would they get rid of such an awesome essential aspect ?? 😖😫
