Equate Gentle Skin Lotion for Dry and Sensitive Skin, 16 fl oz

My Dermatologist recommended the name brand because my skin barrier was a mess. Dry skin and itching all over. I had family that said that they use this so I tried it after 2 years of the name brand. It works just as well! I like saving money for something that works! Happy with the product.

The lotion is a great value for the buck. Very comparable to the name-brand. PS note to the reviewer who was angry that it was delivered in a plastic bag, so was mine. You probably got it delivered the same day from the store. I don’t know why that gets a one star rating. 🤣

I use this moisturizer in the day time under my makeup and also when I am not wearing makeup. It feels silky and smooth on my skin. It is not heavily scenter (I haven't noticed a scent at all), is not greasy, and absorbs well. It is not as expensive as name brands. I have used it for years and have no intention of changing.

So glad I bought this. I’m getting older and my skin is making big changes. After the first use I already noticed great changes. My skin feels softer, more hydrated and the dryness and flakiness is gone. And…the price point is in line with my budget.

Favorite lotion for face and body. I am never without this. I usually buy 2 bottles of this a year and have been using this lotion on repeat for 10 years. I mostly use it on my face as it is gentle and has no scent. I occasionally use it on my body when I do not want a scented product.

Excellent product that never feels greasy and takes very little ti do the job. Stopped using expensive name brands. This works better.

Love that the ingredients basically match name-brand Cetaphil. This product works excellently. 100% would recommend. One for all: a daily moisturizer for all needs.

I usually use the equate beauty lotion with hyaluronic acid. (cera ve dupe) I bought this of the reviews saying how lightweight it is and the price was better. I don’t find it to be lightweight though. Although this is very moisturizing, it’s also kind of heavy. I can only wear light lotions because heavier lotion makes me sweat. I can use it sparingly during the winter but summer will be a no go.

It has a slight odor hurt to it that I just can't stand. It also made me itch. Which is really sad because it's very light and absorbs quickly and does make your skin smooth if it wasn't for the other two things. So if you are very sensitive this probably isn't the lotion for you either. I can't use it.
