5/5 overall to curb symptoms. Tylenol I think helps more for toddlers, but this is a great add on. Taste was 4/5 because the kids made a face but can’t really judge that. Overall, use with Tylenol or Motrin and it is a great thing to have in the cabinet. Way better price and same ingredient as name brands!

I shopped for a different product originally using the Walmart app and this was provided as a replacement instead. I am extremely please with how it actually soothed my son's cold symptoms. The nighttime and daytime combination allowed him to sleep comfortably through the night without coughing and to attend school in the morning with no runny nose. I absolutely will be purchasing this product again. P.S. It also works for adults. My son was so generous to share his cold with me.

Helps the grandkids when they are feeling under the weather. Beats the name brand prices and kids say taste isn’t bad like a few other brands

This is my go-to meds for my boys when they're stuffy, coughing, running nose, etc. It's hard to find anything effective for kids under 6 years of age, especially! The nighttime seems to really help with the sleeplessness of crummy colds too!

They truly put a lot of thought into keeping children safe, through their design of not only the top, but how you have to really squeeze the nighttime bottles hard for it to come out %26 it’s thick, which helps prevent a overdosage if children gets it. I’m a retired pharmacy technician %26 this will be my go to from now on. I still puts it up high in a safe place, but I feel more secure with this product in my home.

I love the price of this and still worked really fast. My daughter loved the flavor and did not have any problem taking it.

I like that it's a twin pack for day and night. It works well. I just wish the daytime one also had acetaminophen so I wouldn't have to give my child tylenol as well to reduce pain/fever. The nighttime one is perfect.

Can we please stick to grape and cherry. This flavor is stomach turning. My 6yo is a champ and can take most anything. She had to take this in front of the sink in case she spits it up. Do us all a favor, improve the flavor. I rather spend the extra $5 and buy Delsym grape.
