Both my granddaughters caught a cold. They were all miserable with headache, sore throat and stuffy noses. They got this and after two days they were fine. These are big bottles. We still have plenty left over for next time.

Was sick as a dog. (Wonder why they say that? Never had a very sick dog.) It works but the taste is nasty as all medicine taste that way lol. Definitely worth the price. It helped my throat and headache and also my coughing. Made the day and night bearable until the virus passed. I try to keep stock of it in my linen closet but happened to be out of it.

Like many others, although we had our flu shots, we caught the flu this year. My family brought me the brand-name version of this medicine when I got sick, and then my hubby caught it almost immediately after. When we ran out, we opted to try the Equate version. It worked equally well at reducing fever, coughing, body aches, and congestion. (However, fair warning, it tastes equally as terrible as the original.) We then caught a nasty cold this spring, and once again, it came to our rescue. I plan to make this a staple in our medicine cabinet.

This combo pack works great when cold symptoms hit. It helped calm the tickle in my throat and eased my scratchy throat quickly. It also helped with congestion, and I didn’t notice any heartburn. Convenient day and night relief when you need it most.

These have the same meds as in Dayquil/Nyquil, and they work fine. But I know now why there's no mention of or picture of what the daytime flavor is. Because there's no picture for HORRIBLE.
