We were suggested to use melatonin on our ADHD kiddo. They have irregular sleep issues, insomnia and bedtime became a nightmare every night. We took them to Dr and Dr suggested melatonin because it helps, especially on ADHD kids. This has been wonderful! half an hr after giving it to them they get tired and lay down and are usually asleep within 10 minutes. IDK what we would have done without this supplement.
This is the only one that works for my level 3 autistic stepdaughter! Her pediatrician recommended melatonin to help her get to sleep and she doesn't like anything chewy so the gummies weren't an option! Thankfully this one works!
Easy for little ones to take! Both of mine dislike chewable options, so this has been a great alternative. They actually enjoy the taste, which makes things so much easier. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with picky kiddos like mine.
my daughter really struggles with sleeping and this is an easy way to give it to her because we've tried several different gummies and it's Hit or Miss whether she actually likes the taste of the gummy so what I've been doing it is I put it in her evening drink right before bed and right at the time I want her to be asleep she's always asleep. this product works as described and it's a good price.

My 5yr old is adhd and autistic so everyday is a struggling doing anything I put a little dose of melatonin in her chocolate milk each night helps her and me get peaceful at night close to bedtime.
I have an autistic 5 year old son. Bedtime used to always be an issue. This melatonin helps him fall asleep easier and helps him sleep through the night.
very thick. kids dont like the taste. the brand we was using quit making it for kids. so tried this. prolly will not buy again
