This is the same stuff as the name brand but at a lower price, so I highly recommend this one. The only thing I noticed is that the eye dropper/lid seemed a little wobbly so I kept the dropper lid that came with my Rogaine and put it on this product bottle. It fits perfectly. By the way, I'm a woman using this on the recommendation of my dermatologist, so yes, women can use the stronger solution too.

The product is great. I've been using it for almost a year I have alopecia. It works great on that and the bald spot on top in the middle of my head. Also works great. I recommended to anyone that has balding areas.

Skeptical during first 6 bottles, but this stuff is an essential. If anything, it thickens the hair strands, leaving hair healthy and heavier. Like others say, it is more useful when it's applied everyday and also to use it to style your hair in the morning, so your hair looks fuller and healthier.
