I bought the Equate Daytime Face Lotion with Sunscreen, SPF 30, 3 fl oz, because it's just as good as the brand name. And it's best to have the sunscreen to protect our skin.
goes on well and no aroma
No strong smell or white residue on your skin it's just like wearing a regular face cream yet does the job it's supposed to
It's not fragrance-free, the smell is there and it leave your face a little white but it works
This leaves a slight white cast on your skin less than a regular mineral sunscreen. I would have given it five stars if it didn't leave a white cast. The cap came off when I accidentally dropped it. It's a little cumbersome to reattach, but the pump still works. It has a slight fragrance, but compared to regular sunscreen, it barely smells at all.
The lotion is good. It doesn't make me break out, isn't too greasy, and doesn't leave a white cast. The star off is because the bottle pump is *terrible*. I'd rather have a screw off or flip cap than deal with that hassle.
The lotion is great and definitely helps with the AZ sun ! It is a bit challenging to get the last of it out of the container. I end up opening it up %26 using the tube inside the bottle to apply .
For the price, I'll definitely come back for more. Because or a medication, I take, I NEED an spf. The pump is very troublesome. It would be better to just offer it in a squeeze bottle. I have combination skin, with more oil in the T-zone and dry, sometimes, flaky skin around my brows and on my cheeks/ jawline. I am also brown skin, and if I use just the right amount, I can avoid the white cast that sunscreen can sometimes cause.
I was surprised this is as awful as it is. I have found Equate beauty products to be fantastic. This is a huge fail. Almost immediately, the product came up on my skin. It looks the way clothing does when it pills. Therefore, I had to get a towel and brush it off my face before I could leave the house. I actually had the pieces in my hair, and had to then pull them out. I had to use the towel before I could apply foundation as well. I am about a third of the way through the bottle, and this pilling has happened each time I have used this moisturizer. I do not think it does much moisturizing anyway. My skin does not feel much different when I have this on than when I have bare skin. What makes it worse is that this is not cheap, for a store brand. The other Equate products are less expensive. There truly are only a few that make me pause before buying, and this was one. I am disappointed. Additionally, the pump is problematic. It appears to be identical to the one on the CeraVe bottle, but it difficult to use. I have to push down hard to get any product to come out. I do not know what happened with this item, but it is just awful. Moisturizer should not flake, not should bottles be difficult to use, but both happened when I used this. I will gladly pay the additional five dollars for the brand name item so that I do not have to deal with this.
Too thick to easily pump thru the small tip. Thought maybe I had an old bottle, except the exp date was years away.
