It's absolutely comparable to the CeraVe Acne face wash and with that brand it is probably safer to go with generic brands (they've had a ton of recalls lately). It does leave my skin a tad dry but that happens with almost every acne control product. Just make sure to use a good moisturizer after!

It helped calm down my redness and my skin looks clearer overall. It is a little drying at first, but nothing crazy—once I moisturize, the tightness goes away. My skin feels clean, not irritated, and my appearance has definitely improved. For the price, it works just as well as the CeraVe version. Great affordable option for acne-prone skin!

As an acne-prone girly I did still break out using this which is unfortunate, but it certainly didn't make matters worse. With prolonged use I think it may help to keep my skin clear and my pores clean! I'd recommend this one as a budget option for my fellow acne gals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works well to get rid of acne while being gentle on my skin. A lot of acne formulas dry out my skin, but this one dos not. It has a slight smell that isn't unpleasant. It is easy to use in the shower. Especially with the easy to use pump on the bottle. You get a lot of product in this bottle. It is well worth the price.

I tried this acne control cleanser, but it didn't work for me personally. It wasn't foaming at all, which made it feel like it wasn't really cleaning my skin. After using it, I didn't notice any improvement in my acne. Overall, it just wasn't effective for me, and I wouldn't choose it again based on my experience.

Doesn't foam up at all and barely touches my make up. I have to wash 2-3 times to get anything off my face. Pass, definitely not a dupe for Cetaphil or Cerva face wash.
