its nice because all the materials are good quality but it could be not plastic but that's fine. if you are there for the cuticle remover scissors would not recommend to use that cause it is dull and not sharp, instead use the ridges remover to remove the dead skin. may wanna be careful with the nail file cause it is very powerful but it gets the job easy. other than that I love it.

When I think 'kit,' I think of something to put the items into. Something should come with it so to keep everything together.

Its impossible to talk to a real person. My concerns are some thing i wont spend time trying to explain.

I did not expect any substitutions as indicated in my order/delivery note. I will return this.
