Easy Fix to package design flaw: New Container

Carol November 24, 2017

Easy Fix for poor product packaging design. But first can I say... I can't believe I'm writing a review for butt-wipes! This is a great product, one that has no irritants and ONE ACTIVE INGREDIENT: WITCH HAZEL. Stop complaining about it, buy yourself another container to put it in and be Happy! Your butt will thank you! Go Crazy and use two wipes if you need to!

Used for years, new packaging unsatisfactory.

Tooler54 July 30, 2016

I just restocked my home with this product that I have used for years. I didn't notice that the packaging had changed. The new design makes it very difficult to dispense the product, and near impossible to easily remove the first sheet without tearing it badly. I'm very disappointed with the new packaging.

New packaging sucks

Disappointed July 3, 2017

I have used this product for years. The new packaging is terrible at best. I had to cut the opening bigger with scissors in order to get a wipe out of it without tearing it to shreds. The opening is still quite small even after cutting it as big as possible. There was nothing wrong with the old packaging, but I reckon they save an ounce of plastic for every gazillion packages. Ridiculous.

Must be careful

jjnjj October 22, 2017

This product works for the Hemorrhoids and when your tush is a little sensitive and raw. The issues can come with getting the tissue out of the packaging. Im a mother and I'm used to getting wipes out of containers. The whole itself could be bigger but as long as you are not rushing you can feel the split to lift the product out of the hole you have to pull carefully. The next sheet does not pop out like a tissue box it lays flat inside the package. The tissue can be torn easily because of the product being flushable so keep that in mind it will not work if you wipe hard so you might have to get two sheets out and layer them if you find that they tear too easily.

New shape sucks!

sonja528 July 8, 2016

The product is great but the packaging is not so great. Loved this product when it was in its original rectangular-shaped lid. Wipes were way easier to remove without tearing. This new hexagon-shaped lid makes it harder to remove a wipe without tearing it.

Stings!

SDite December 27, 2016

They smelled bad, PAINFUL and fell apart too easily. I'll have to go back to the Walmart generic sensitive skin.

Terrible packaging

Ouch December 15, 2016

I had been using this product satisfactorily for years. However, recently (2016) the packaging has changed...for the worse. Very difficult to dispense sheets - usually either tears or dispenses in "clumps" i.e. 3 or 4 sheets at a time. Will not purchase again!

Impossible New Package

MSDiva August 31, 2016

I have used the Equate Flushable Hemorrhoidal Medicated Wipes for years. Now with the new package I am disappointed. It is near impossible to remove wipes due to the opening being so small your fingers do not fit. The wipes tear and come out in clumps once you finally get hold of the wipe. I have even cut the opening to make it wider but this does not help. Please change the package!

Horrible Packaging and Product

NCBUYER April 6, 2017

The product is nearly impossible to get out of the package. When you do, you will tear it such that there will be a hole precisely where you do not want the hole. Get my drift? Also, the product is so think that there is leak thru. Gross, yes, but just being honest here. Not worth the difference in price of the Preparation H wipes.

Thinner and weaker than tissue paper

Horsebeforethecart February 3, 2017

I have used this item for years. Recently the wipes have been redesigned to a paper thin product that tears trying to get it out of the dispenser. You also need to fold it several times or your finger will end up your, well you know where. The new dispenser opening is so darn small that it is impossible to get a wipe out without tearing it. What the heck are they thinking putting out a worthless product like this just to make it cheaper. I have thrown 3 packages in the trash and bought another brand. Don't waste your time on these. They aren't worth the hassle.
