I bought these Equate Ultra Strength Antacid Tropical Fruit chewables hoping they'd work. I did not expect them to work this fast or taste this decent. First off: 1000 mg means business. When heartburn shows up uninvited after pizza, spicy food, or that “one more bite” mistake, these things shut it down quickly. Within minutes, the fire is gone and peace is restored. Second: the tropical fruit flavor. Let's be honest—antacids are not candy. But these don't taste like chalk from a construction site either. They're actually pretty good, especially compared to some name-brand options I've tried (yes, including Tums® Ultra). If I didn't know better, I'd think my stomach took a short trip to the islands. Third: 160 tablets. That's a LOT. This bottle feels like it will last through several holidays, cookouts, and regrettable late-night snacks. And for the price, it's a no-brainer compared to the brand name.

Just about to enter my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. These have been a god send. I personally enjoy these better than tums, the flavor is good, price is great for the amount you get, and they work. Not only does it help with heartburn, but they've helped my husband if his stomach is bothering him. Definitely recommend these and definitely worth it

I have been using Equate antacid tablets for years. I do not take very often but Equate brand is the best for me. I like the tropical fruit taste as it is not very strong. I only take these after eating spicy food for gas relief. I highly recommend these for acid reduction.

I like mix - berries flavors couldn't find it, but this is fine. Budget friendly and provides relief just as good as the more pricey-ones on the shelf.

The tropical fruit is very good, I like the pineapple %26 banana ones the best. I'd like to see these made into candy with real sugar. Check the label carefully when buying, there are also a mixed fruit variety that is not as good.

I usually buy ultra strengths and just sit from Target which is 160 two level tablets with 1,000 mg. both give the relief of upset stomach heartburn or similar things, but the taste of the Target one Is better. as I have a Target card I get 5% off so the Walmart and does it is not as good value for money. they they cost about the same.

I purchased Equate Ultra Strength Antacid Tropical Fruit Chewable Tablets to use as a daily calcium supplement. Assuming the labeling is correct (1000 mg per tablet), it is satisfactory as a supplement. The problem is the sugar content - each tablet is large, and mostly sugar, and I don't need the sugar. The product labeling omits sugar content.

Tropical fruit apparently means banana and only banana. That is the overwhelming flavor here. If you like banana flavoring, you'll like these. Unfortunately, I do not. The mixed fruit and mixed berries flavors are fine. This one makes me gag which kind of defeats the purpose.

This was delivered to me with the cap half broken off. To add insult to injury, the pieces to the cap weren't in the package. The only assumption is that this is how it was sent to me, with a broken cap. This should have been a clearance item or thrown out.
