I get terrible cracks neer my fingernails, and im sure as everyone knows, if you have any type of sore on your hand or finger, you will bump it everytime, so using this product not only helps it heal but gives a little buffer so if you do bump it the pain is at least bearable.
I had a cut on a finger in an odd place that could not hold a bandage. The cut kept being open and raw. I went to buy this liquid bandage. My first purchase of a liquid bandage. It stings a little. You let dry, brush on another coat. You can add more liquid bandage later. It worked! My cut had protection and healing was better.
Always have this on hand for my husband especially due to the fact that he is in the construction business and his hands are his main tool for working which intern causes mini cuts on his hands and this is great for that because of Band-Aid will not stay on his hands
Some small cuts can't take a bandaid. This seals in a small cut if you use two layers. Nice for hands that will still get wet a lot, and to keep out dirt you don't want in a cut. This stays on a hangnail three days before coming loose. The Equate brand is identical to the name brand for half the price.
I have cracked skin on my fingertips that hurt profusely, making it difficult to do anything, especially in the kitchen. This 'liquid bandage ' covers the open skin and nerves in the cracks effectively deadening the pain. I just wish it stayed on longer than it does. It cracks every few hours and needs to be applied although it's best to start with a fresh surface that is not always possible. For me, it's best to soak the cracks in water before bed and apply once dry.
You know sometimes a band aid just doesn't "cut it". Even the hardest areas to cover with a bandaid cannot compare to this liquid band aid. It stays on for a few days even after washing and washing your hands. I am sure it would be good for feet or any area you need a bandage. It does seem to burn a little bit but that does not last, dries quickly and dries clear. After a few days it does peel off but does so easily and does not hurt at all.
I use the Freestyle Libre for my diabetes and in an effort to help kinda glue my sensor on my arm I use this. It works well for that purpose. I have not yet needed it for cuts but I'm sure it works well, and Equate brand is so much less expensive than name brand.
I like the product but after it was delivered I was going to use it but it was dried out and I couldn't even open the bottle,, it was totally unusable so I ordered some liquid bandage from Amazon because I didn't want to take the chance of getting a nother unusable one of them. I'm getting to the point that I am seriously considering doing my grocery shopping thru Amazon because I have had a lot of bad experiences shopping online with with Walmart. missing items,, bad fruit,, and unhelpful customer service and orders being cancelled because the delivery driver claimed they had personal problems and had to go home and I had to reorder everything,, also with getting my refund or getting items replaced. I'm 76 years old and disabled and unable to do my own shopping, depending on Walmart used to be a good experience but not anymore.
Thus stuff sucks. It smells AWFUL, it burns like fire when you apply it, and it is NOT waterproof like it claims. Soon as my hand got wet it started peeling off my skin. Whole reason i bought it was to seal the cut on my finger so I could wash dishes comfortably. So much for that idea 🙄
all items were fine, they were not delivered to my front door, the driver left them in the doorway of the building not good where do you get some of your drivers from? never the less thanks.
