I have use various products for nail fungus that did not do much. I had a definite nail issue this summer and my sister told me to try this product. I can't believe how well it took care of the problem. As the old nail continues to grow out, I expect the nail will look like it once did.
I've tried every ointment and spray I could find with no positive result. Then I noticed this product is some sort of acid so decided to give it a go. After over a year of "mocassin" athlete's foot and at least 3 MD visits I'm finally seeing a partial clearing up and lessening of itching. Surprisingly it has not spread to my other foot or to a family member. Will definitely keep using this product.
I had some really ugly yellowish brown nails on my toes and knew something was wrong. I decided to try this store brand antifungal liquid and I am happy I did! My toes are no longer sore, my nails are pretty and white! it's quick-drying non oiley, and leaves a fine finish. I apply it twice a day whenever I can. Sometimes only once. It does not have an odor either!
I started to see my nail begin to look white and pull away from the bed. I clipped away and fliled away all that I could and then used this religiously 2 x a day for months. It worked. I caught this very early on, not sure what the success would be in more advanced cases.
I used a more expensive product like this that had essential oils. This works just as good. You have to put it on the cuticle. I used it 2 times a day every day until it cleared up and now I do it 1 time a day or a couple times s week to keep fungus at bay. My feet sweat a lot and its hard to keep from getting it. If you read about the main ingredient and about toe nail fungus you would know that it doesn't work on every fungus.
For the price, you can't beat it. This is the main ingredient in some of the expensive stuff. My big toe was real bad. I put this on a lot more than twice a day and it is clearing up well. The crap might be gone before the nail grows back and take root again. I am taking probiotics to get the crap out while this cleans it up well on the surface. Works faster than the $50.00 stuff if you use it liberally.
Had a bad nail on my big toe forever, at least 5 years. Tried a few drugstore products also vinegar and baking soda that didn't work so just gave up and used dark nail polish to cover up the ugly nail. Then it spread to the other little toes, uck. Looked at some new meds but some were very costly so didn't buy any and continued to put up with the bad nails. Last summer my big nail actually feel off and I thought GOOD now I'll get a nice new one, wrong it grew in and was gross. That was the last straw. so the other day I went online and readi about this situation and Fungi Nail was recommended so I went on Walmart .com to check out the products and was trying to put it in my cart but it was sold out. Up popped this Equate one and I checked the ingredients and they're exactly the same for half the price so I got it and boy am I glad because after only using it for about 4 days the improvement is fantastic! I slather it all over and under the affected nails 2-3 times a day not even bothering to wash the area first, the creepy stuff under the nails has mostly disappeared and the yellow nails are even clearing up. I am very happy with this product so far and if it continues improving and cures the mess woohoo. For about $5.00 it's so worth trying it...I can't believe I've put up with this horrible fungus for this long when I could of had decent looking sandal worthy nails years ago!!
I used this for 2 weeks and the results were positive
This does work but it takes a very long time to work to completely clear the nail of fungus!! I tried other brands that didn't seem to do anything. To help it, after showering, try to "dig" out the softened fungus in the toenail as far down as you can and then put this liquid not only as far down into the nail as possible but on top of the nail and all around the nail bed.
Bought for toenail fungus. After using a month found in the tiniest of print, not for nails. Not what Walmart said.
