A friend and her husband told us about this item and how well it works. She explained that it HAS to be the Equate brand. (Not icy hot!) I have chronic back pain, and the doctors have tried prescription meds and opioid pills, and nothing has worked.😭 I can honestly say that this has given my husband and I the most relief. We are on bottle 5 or 6. Very pleased!!!! We have turned 2 other friends on to it for pain as well. They agreed.

This heat and cold therapy product works great for joint pain. The cold helps reduce swelling, while the heat eases stiffness and soreness. It's easy to use, comfortable, and provides fast relief. Perfect for arthritis or everyday aches. Highly recommended!

Takes a minute or so to actually start working. When I first applied it I was frustrated because the only "cooling" sensation was coming from the fact that it's a liquid, but no deep hot/cold sensation at all. A minute or two later - BOOM - lovely hot/cold relief all over the whole area to which I'd applied it. And check that % of menthol....it's DOUBLE what's in the name brand!

this is another great pain relief product.it is a great go to for quick pain relief and it is none greasy and little odor.it also dries fast and works well if you are in a hurry.All these products are relative to the depths of ones pain,so take that into consideration.i personally,have a lot of different orthopedic issues I have to manage and use a lot of different products for each one. this one I will repeat purchase for my knee pain but others like cryoderm are great too but more expensive.

I don't know what makes this one different, but this is the strongest pain relief cream I've ever used. It is super strong and lasts for hours. Others...I never really get any pain relief. This one is the BEST. You will feel the difference. Even though it has the same ingredients as the others, there is something different about it. I will never buy a different one. This one is the winner. And, it is a roll on and you don't have to get your hand messy which makes it even better.

I usually use Biofreeze but it's so much more expensive so I tried this brand. It did help to relieve the pain in my wrist and hand but it was stickier and I felt a strong burning sensation on my skin. The smell was definitely a stronger menthol scent which wasn't a big deal to me since I'm home bound but wouldn't use it if I was going out. Think it's too strong for me personally but for the price, a decent purchase. Be careful if you have sensitive skin.

I just bought my second roll-on. I was skeptical at first, but it really did relax my lower back and helped me get a good night's sleep. I don't use it every night, but usually every other night. The smell is menthol and eucalyptus strong, but I don't mind that, in exchange for the pain relief. It gives me that hot/cold affect as it should. IT WORKS FOR ME! That's why I just bought another. Try it and see how it works for you. I recommend it.

Easy to use roll on pain relief! It has made the difference between getting a good night sleep and not. I use with lidocaine and arnica and keep next to the bed incase I need to reapply. Just twist the cap off roll-on, then roll over and go back to bed! It's not a cure all but it definitely helps. Sweet Dreams!

Firstly, I did not order this item. The shopper for online ordering selected it as an alternative for Icy Hot presumably based on its fraudulent label indicating similar action. Couldn't be more untrue. This is menthol extract in an alcohol solution which does provide a cooling sensation for those, say with a fever. (for which this product is not marketed.) For muscle aches and strains, one needs aforementioned heat; and there is *No Ingredient* in this product that will provide such an action. Thus, this product should be relabeled “Cold Only Inappropriate for Winter or Muscle Tension.” This way shoppers would know Not to substitute it for Icy Hot. For my muscle needs in a northern winter climate, product is useless.

Put this on both knees for pain. Felt good for 30 minutes then really started burning. The skin on both my knees is very red and painful. I showered it off and put Aquaphor on. Still burning. I was an idiot buying this just to save a few dollars from name brand price. In the trash it goes.
