These are better than the name brand by far, in my opinion. (For menstrual pains)… I had the worst cramps I've never had in my life this last week, and nothing was working. For the first time in my life, I actually cramped IN MY SLEEP! I don't know how to describe the feeling, but just pray you never have to figure it out for yourself. It was getting unbearable. I tried every medicine in our cabinet, a heating pad, you name it I tried it. Again, my time of the month generally isn't like this… I rarely even have cramps, unless there may be minor ones, so I'm not sure what's up with my body right now. anyway, I finally ordered some of these, and they took the pain away within an hour. I have never felt such relief in my life, therefore I am beyond happy to leave this review — in case someone else is experiencing the same thing. 5 stars and beyond!

me and my husband have used this product for years. we both suffer from arthritis and we're on pain medication for years. we tried them all and they'd always work good at first, but after a few days, the didn't work as well and you'd have to take more for any relief. so we gave all the pain pills up after years of trying to get relief and playing the pain management games. I would use these when I had menstrual problems and it would help me with cramps. so I figured try for arthritis. I was on flexiril muscle relaxers and started adding this with the relaxer and I was getting pain relief. so my hubby tried and he started feeling better also. we tell everyone suffering to try it. he was a bit hesitant to try as it's for women, but once he tried it he hasn't looked back. hope the combo works for you too.

I no longer need for period days but have used for lower back pain due to high physical labor work and it works better than anything else that i have tried in past. You get quick tension relief off of your back and you also sleep very well due to the lack of tension and also it helps with water retention so that is a plus!

I may have chosen a four * for taste ONLY cuz one ought to swallow the two caplets in the dose as quickly as possible so you don't have to taste it!!! LoL otherwise it's Great for menstrual pain and headaches. thank y'all

For me and my daughter works very well, relief of symptoms compared to the brand name are the same, I don't need to spend the extra money on the name brand. Easy to take, there's no bad taste to the caplets

Great for pms pain and back pain in general. This medication really stand up to the name brand. No skipping on quality. I recommend trying it and not only for lady pain.

It works, maybe not quite as well as big name, but it works well for a much lower price. It turns that angry, moody and bloated little gnome who shows up one a month back into my sweet princess in fairly short order.

BEWARE: This product contains antihistamine! I originally ordered a different version of this product, but this one was substituted in its place. I took the pills assuming the ingredients were the same as the other version—just Tylenol and caffeine. After needing to be rushed to the hospital, I discovered this version contains antihistamine. As someone with POTS, this caused a major flare-up and also interacted negatively with several of my medications. While I take responsibility for not reading the label more carefully, it's worth noting that other products in the same line—with nearly identical labeling—do not contain antihistamine. So I just wanted to say: please double-check your labels and beware of substitutions.

I bought this because i was on the depo shot for the longest time but had to stop it because i moved to a different state n had to change my insurance i got my period once and then it started 3 weeks in another month didn't make since it was either perimenopause or because i haven't had my period in so long but still didn't make sense for 3 weeks so i bought this to easy certain symptoms the first day nothing felt good the other 2 times i took i felt weird like my body was relaxed but in a weird way stopped taking it because of the feeling to bad because it help with some stuff but i dont wanna feel like my body cant move or like slow lol

I bought these for my teenage daughter. At 8:00 am she ate breakfast then took 2 of these pills. At 9:30 am she texted me that she feels like throwing up, her stomach still hurts and her hands are shaky. I should've just sticked to tylenol
