I like all their products and this one is no exception. I was using a more expensive brand but, this gets the job done just as well. I have lots of allergies and it definitely helps to unclog my sinuses. You can't beat the price point either. Try it.

As long as you don't use longer than recommended, this works much better than the ingredient in the other kind. opens airways quickly which helps breathing and sinus headaches. There are 2 main nasal sprays to open passages. Rather than trying to remember phenylephrine, just remember you want the ingredient that starts with P (phenylephrine) and not O (oxymetazoline.) However, different active ingredients work differently for different people, so nothing is best for EVERYONE. I suggest trying this one first. I like no drip bottles. It's always important to read ALL instructions and indications for use and possible side effects.

It starts working within minutes, helping me breathe more easily when I'm feeling super congested. It's especially helpful at night when I need clear sinuses to sleep. I've used the name-brand version before, but this one works just as well for me and at a better price.

Very easy to use nasal spray, the bottle limits to just the right amount for each nostril. This spray provided instant relief and made me be able to breathe again very quickly. This is a must have when flying for me. I'd highly recommend this product!

I like the nozzle on this nose spray. It shoots in a straighter line when aimed up the nose than any other nozzle on the nose sprays in the store. You really get your money for this one.!!

This moisturizing nasal spray has helped me a lot because I use it to keep my nose fresh and avoid the dryness that sometimes bothers me during this time of year. It's very easy to use and doesn't irritate me. It feels like applying a little bit of natural moisture. It especially helps me when there's a lot of dust or the air conditioning is very strong. I definitely recommend it; it's something that shouldn't be missing at home.

I had low expectations for this product the active ingredient phenylephrine has not worked for me at all in oral medications, but as a nasal spray it seems to be a different story. I am allergic to dust mites which is kind of like being allergic to the indoors, so I am always at least slightly congested. I used this product midway through my day and after an hour I was not congested, and stayed that way until I went to bed. It's unfortunate that isn't something that can be used regularly, but I will definitely be using it on the days I would must benefit from being clear. This would be difficult for someone with mobility/dexterity issues with their fingers or hands to use.

Oxymetazoline hydrochloride is much more effective than phenylephrine, so I suggest getting the Equate nasal spray that contains that active ingredient instead of this one.

Same stuff in a different bottle. Might work for some but I won't buy again. They're a pain in the neck to use and frankly you look like a doper using this thing in public. I'll wait until the normal bottles are in stock or buy elsewhere, no interest in this version

my symptoms got worse. i couldn't breath. kept using thinking it would help it became worse after using it. i finally tried Afrin and in one use i could breath again. i bought 4 thinking they would work . NOT.
