The ingredients in this sleeping medicine is the same one as in Benadryl, so if you want to like a sleeping aid and take care of your seasonal allergies, then this is a good product; plus it cost a fraction of Benadryl.

I have trouble sleeping. I purchase these often. They work quite well. Not groggy and sluggish the next morning. Can't beat the price! Plus it works.

Works fast
I have trouble sleeping so when I tried these to go to sleep I felt tired after an hour of taking them. I slept through the night and didnt wake up feeling tired. They work fast and are one of the few sleep aids I have found that actually make me tired. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a sleep aid that allows you to get a good nights sleep.
