I didn't set out to forgive my parents. But once this floss entered my life, it insisted on more. Halfway through my molars, I felt a familiar resistance—the kind that doesn't come from food, but from decades of “we don't talk about that.” The floss slid in anyway. It didn't rush me. It waited. Unlike my parents, who needed answers immediately. With every careful pull, I thought about long car rides in silence, apologies that never quite landed, and love expressed exclusively through practical advice. Suddenly it made sense. They flossed the way they parented: inconsistently, but with good intentions. By the time I finished, my mouth was clean and my heart was… neutral. I texted my parents “hope you're well” and meant it.
Surpise. Not a particularly great one, but that's life. The toothbrush does not get to certain deposits that archaeologists have found on ancient teeth that can indicate a person's diet. Oh, how -- edifying. It's plaque. It can erode tooth enamel, so let future scientists scratch their heads and never suss out that you loved caramel and chocolate.
absolutely the worst, this dental floss shreds, and breaks down. A piece got stuck around my filling. the filling was pulled out, tooth broken, resulting in a very costly dental bill. Never again will i use this brand. Walmart please take this product off of the market.
I love the minty flavor and the price but it gets caught in between terth and and then comes apart into multiple threads without any wax on them. You have to constantly get new pieces. Not even close to the minoot amount of wax needed and the strength of the floss is next to nothing either. Not a good value if you need 10 pieces to do your mouth.
The floss is very very thin and I am surprised to see that it is actually waxed, it didn't seem so when using. There is a reason that there are more expensive others out there, it's because others are probably better. It is better to buy the thicker, more waxed item than this specific one. I think it will go in the craft box for use of other projects. This would be good for hanging ornaments on the Christmas tree, or stringing beads for necklaces. Just not on use for your teeth
Terrible performance. Prone to shredding and leaving behind tiny filaments in my teeth. Right into the trash; not even worth the effort to return. When it comes to basic floss, spend the extra $0.60 on a reputable brand-- namely REACH. Unfortunately, this is one such case where the EQUATE brand is not a viable substitute at all-- such that the product in question can hardly perform its basic function.
Awful! Just dreadful awful. This was a substitute and what a waste of money. Hard to tear and the threads are loose. So it was like trying to floss with a bird nest. Pieces got stuck in my teeth. After that, I trashed it.
For the price, most Walmart products are very good. This is not one of them. It seems like the dental floss is covered with some type of smelly oily substance and the thread separates while being used.
Used to be good quality product. Couldn't get for awhile. When it came back, I ordered 4 of them. The quality has gone completely downhill. Have old one in car from years ago and works well. Now I'm still stuck with three that fray and seem thinner. I'm using just to use up but I hate the fight I have each time. Something changed in the way you make this product and I will no longer buy.
Reach at about the same price is significantly better. This floss shreds easily on my teeth, which makes it hard to use, and the shredding gets stuck between my teeth. Not worth the trouble it says compared to Reach, implying that it's approximately the same. But definitely not.
