I love this nasal spray anytime I have congestion it does a great job really blasting the saline solution into your nasal cavities. The spray is a lot stronger than other saline spray products. Comparatively most will give you a gentle mist into your nose but the Equate saline nasal "mist" is a power wash. If you have not used it before have a tissue ready for the back run and for the unclogging that will happen. I love this stuff.

I started this while also starting a new metal can of the simply original brand saline. It is identical. For both the first few streams smell and taste like burned dust from furnace just started up in the winter, or the air near an old water heater. After the first few streams it is fine, no taste but saline itself. So, I will buy whichever costs less. When fresh the spray is much stronger than near the end of the can, and it works much better for me.

Liked the spray mechanism. Just shake the can, press button to make sure spray is "full" . Then insert comfortable tip in nose with head tipped to right side. Spray. Then to left side, spray. Helps with nasal and sinus congestion. Size is easily packed for travel or storage

I bought this when I went to Las Vegas and was not used to the dry air. It helped the very first time I used it. Kept my nostrils moist and comfortable. I used it in the morning and at night and never had an issue. Now I use it when I feel like I might be getting sick/stuffy. And occasionally I feel like I can't blow my nose properly if I don't use this before hand. I don't want to be dramatic and say I can't l can't live without it... but I definitely breath better WITH it!

I know this may be TMI but I have major allergy and sinus problems. If I turned to the side or looked up or down I would get dizzy b/c it was effecting my ears. I had to take a decongestant, an antihistamine, and (two 12 hour) mucus relief pill everyday. They helped but didn't solve the problem. When I tried this saline solution spray it cleared my sinuses completely for the day. The cost savings on medication was very significant. The spray is a fine mist so there isn't a blast of fluid to your sinuses. Tilt your head over to the side so the fluid goes into the sinus cavity of each nostril. Then blow your nose and the amount of stuff that comes out is amazing. More TMI, I bend my head over the sink and blow my nose. Savings on facial tissue. Don't close off one nostril completely to clear the other side. That can back the fluid into your ear. Then I clean the sink. More frequently now I don't have to spray it every day. If you find this uncomfortable don't give up. Keep trying for several days. You will May be able to get use to it.

This spray is a perfect and much less expensive dupe of the name-brand version...I honestly can't tell a difference except for one thing: this one feels like I'm blasting my sinuses with a pressure washer. When my nose and sinuses feel like they've been living in the Artic Circle but also the Sahara somehow, a quick spray from this can blasts in like, 'THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS ARRIVED, MA'AM!' It's intense, but in a good way. My nose and sinuses go from brittle desert parchment back to a functioning breathing apparatus in about two seconds. Could not recommend more highly if your home or workplace loses so much humidity in the winter that you could dry age meat in it.

This is a better alternative to simply saline. It works better than SS. The mist output in consistent until the can is empty versus lessening as the can becomes more empty. I never write reviews but with this being a better product for less money I am grateful they are making it.

This was actually that I bought after not being able to find my usual saline nasal spray. The bottle itself is large enough with a nice spray nozzle, and it does tend to be a breeze to use. And even though it is a nice product, I still like my saline nasal spray better, but I will add that this was something nice to change things up.

I ordered a name-brand saline nasal spray for delivery, but it was substituted with Equate Saline Nasal Mist. The saline itself seems fine, but the spray mechanism is a big problem. The trigger is extremely stiff and difficult to press down, so much so that I'm unable to get it to spray at all. Because of this, the product is basically unusable for me. For such a small price difference compared to the name brand, I wouldn't recommend this.

This product works well. My review is about the packaging and ease of use. The package is shrink wrapped in thick stiff plastic that requires some type of tool to pry under the edge since there is no perforations to make it easier. At least none I could find. Then to activate the spray requires sitting the can on a hard surface and using the handle of a spoon to to press it down and get it started. I have been buying this product for a long time but it is getting worse.
