Good things
Firstly, the fact that it is lactaid free is the main reason I buy them. Secondly, it taste good and there are no other shakes that are both reduced formula and lactaid free. Thirdly, I hope that it is offered for less so that I can buy more all the time, and that I hope that they would produce more since there often run out of stock. I also like the chocolate flavor.

Great new flavor for a nutritional shake!
I bought these for my diabetic father. He was excited there are 2 new flavors. He loved the coffee flavor, saying it was smooth and not too sweet. He did say that he wished that it would be sold in larger packages to make it a better value.

Great Tasting Shakes
If you're looking to lose a little weight but still get in the protein you need I would recommend these shakes! Just replace one meal a day with your favorite flavor, I chose the chocolate, strawberry and vanilla.
