these definitely aid you when dealing with congestion. taste pleasant. I got these expecting a strong medicinal taste but they do not! I pop one into my hot tea when I'm stuffed up or if I'm dealing with a sore throat. definitely works! also so inexpensive to keep these on hand. way better price point than the name brand. Equate for the win!

If you want to feel like Elsa pop one of these in your mouth and head out into the cold air of winter. Your entire soul will have frost crystals . It kicked a sore throat, cough and any heat I had in my body. It was like breathing in icy mountain air. Highly recommend this!

I like these better then the name brand . They are nice and strong and have fewer bad ingredients than the name brand . I'm very sensitive to sugar additives . Relieves throat soreness almost instantly and clears sinuses. As a Walmart associate I like to try all the different things our store has . This time the equate brand is definitely better then the Vicks

It seems everywhere I go people including myself have some kind of sore throat, sinus %26 chest cold right now. Some even have the stomach flu. These cough drops are a big help when the sore throat persists. They are very strong but do not really numb the pain as much as Chloroseptic or Sucrets but they do very well as a cough relief and do help a great deal. The price is good too.

Individually wrapped. The menthol opens my sinuses. I prefer the cherry one for taste, but it isn't nearly as strong for helping my sinuses open. They very temporarily mask my sore throat; I use them more for sinuses.

Was surprised at quality on this one. Not the same as vapocool, but for the money it isn't bad at all. Slightly milder and has smoother taste, doesn't open the sinuses as well as vapocool cool but gives great effort.

Equate Severe Medicated Menthol Throat Drops are just the product you need to soothe your throat and help alleviate your cough. I love the menthol flavor, out of all Equate's flavors. Great value.

It does a great job helping to soothe your throat but if you have an upset tummy as well I wouldn't recommend using due to the strong taste which could upset it more.

I didn't realize these cough drops would be so overpowering in flavor. From looking at the package I thought it was regular menthol, not icy, if u want frosty Elsa breath then this is definitely gonna make u feel like that especially similar to those icy flavored chewing gum! I know it's supposed to be for severe throat/oral pain but this flavor is just too much and I won't purchase these anymore and will stick to regular menthol that isn't anywhere overpowering as this flavor is! Returned for a refund
