comparable and just as good as other similar brands for less. I will say that the tampon itself could be made of higher quality fibers and ingredients such as cotton rather than synthetic fibers. That usually comes at a greater cost though. I was however surprised to see that these had castor oil on the ingredients list as well- so beware if you happen to have a castor allergy. They come in paper and the applicators themselves are fully cardboard. the box is also cardboard. it's a great budget (and greener than plastic) option than most. They do what they're supposed to do but definitely aren't a top of the line tampon made with natural ingredients. I fully recommend them if you're on a budget though and I really have no complaints because similar high end brands are selling the exact same thing for twice as much.

Appreciate having the non-plastic applicator and paper wrapper option. This was the first time that I wasn't able to find them in-store and ordered them while I was standing in the aisle, looking for them because I don't like using the plastic applicators. I cannot imagine how many of those are being discarded into our landfills. The cardboard applicator is still creating garbage but at least it's more degradable. Thank you for that option.

Obviously these aren't as comfortable as plastic applicators but all the other features are exactly the same. They're a great value for the money as you get way more in this pack than you do for the plastic applicator pack. I would still recommend them though

I like these just as much as the more expensive brands. I will say that some of the cardboard applicators become bent, making them more challenging to administer, but overall, I appreciate the savings. I buy this mixed box and an extra box of super--yeah, that's my life. :)

I don't know what everyone's dysfunction is with not being able to have the applicator slide smoothly, the applicator not being strong enough, or the applicator being painful but these are TAMPONS. I haven't used these in years but managed to use them without issue. They absorb as intended, they are comfortable as can be and cheap for being something that you are throwing away. Be sure to use the right absorption for the type of flow and there are no issues!!

These are decent tampons for being Great Value. The only thing that isn't good about them is the applicator. They're kinda thinly made so it's hard to grip them well. The tip is weird too so it makes it a little harder to use easily. Besides that they are very absorbent and work well for how cheap they are.

Great product with a tiny and inconvenient hiccup: more often than not once the applicator has been pressed in, the remaining applicator doesn't want to come out. Resulting in complete removal, disposal, and replacement of the tampon. All sizes do this. Lastly- I am yet to find any product who absorbs better than tampax brand, but these do a pretty good job. I'd say these tampons do about 33% less than name brand.

Didn't realize these were cardboard applicators. I didn't even know those were still around! If you can get plastic applicators, go with those. The cardboard ones aren't very comfortable to put in, I feel like they leaked, but that could've been my flow, and it's kinda hard to push the bottom part through the top part because it's cardboard. But you are helping the planet since it's biodegradable and plastic isn't.

DO NOT GET Not worth it and make sure you read the box before you buy because I didn't know these were cardboard applicators I got these as an substitute and they're terrible cheaply made and WHY do yall think someone wants to shove cardboard up their parts Walmart should be ashamed for selling this 😡

Nobody uses cardboard applicators please get rid of them. Half the time you're pushing the tampon up in your vagina without the cardboard because the cardboard gets stuck. It hurts. It has no grip and it's not easy to use. And I'm sure the cardboard is recycled and reused and that is disgusting.
