I use this for headaches, which I get often. This works as well as the brand name one but costs a lot less. I used to get migraines and had a prescription med for that, you would probably want to see your doctor if you're getting migraines. I use this for tension/stress headaches. I hope Walmart continues to make their version forever.

This equate brand of tension headache/ pain reliever works just as well as Excederin Tension or Tylenol's equivalent....and at half the price. I've used all three, and the Equate brand is all I buy now.

I'm so glad Walmart is making these. It's t hard to find anything like this that doesn't have aspirin in it. when I take these my headache goes away pretty quick.

This is exactly what it claims, and is a fantastic price! I typically take Excedrin (caffeine, Tylenol, and aspirin) for my headaches. I decided to try this in an effort to take “less” meds by cutting out aspirin. Unfortunately, these do not work nearly as well as the meds that include aspirin for me. However, that is a personal experience, there is nothing wrong with the product. I am happy I tried this, and the price made it easy to try! (I mean, $3 for 50 doses? Hard to beat!)

So glad it's now avail for delivery@Walmart±!! In the past, I've had to order online and wait a cpl days for shipping, or pay a stiff premium here if I'm in a pinch. It's a huge difference in price for generics especially for "Excedrin" without aspirin(NSAID Allergy.

works very well, just like Excedrin tension headache but not as costly. There really is no difference st all and that is coming from a steadfast label reader.

These tension headache pills are a must have if you suffer with migraines or headaches . They work just as well as the name brand for our family. Actually the tension headache pills don't have aspirin in them so it's not stomach ache from taking these. If you have aspirin sensitivity these are the pills for you. They do sometimes cause me to have heart flutters from the caffeine but it's minimal side effect that I can tolerate to get rid of the headaches.

Works just as well as Excedrin brand which is getting harder and harder to find-so I really hope Walmart keeps making the Equate brand. 🤞

I thought I would try this for my headaches but unfortunately it did nothing. I guess it must be me because my Mother used it for her headaches and it worked. Just goes to show me what works for 1 person may not work for another person. I'll try them one more time before I give up on this product.

I have been using Equate headache for years and now (for some reason) I cannot buy them. The had 250 and 65 caffeine and they worked perfect for me. I always took 2 and the headache was gone. These are 500 and 65 and do not work as well. I only take 1 but this does not work as well.
