arm supports for toilets
went together well, but instuctions could have been a little more detailed . could use a addional hole on the legs for shorter tollets. mine is not locked in because no hole provided for the button to go in. some toilets are shorter.

it is perfect for my husbands needs. he was falling a lot at 88. we purchased a stand for his toilet. and some grab bars. he hasnit fallon since we did this. wish we would have done this sooner.

We bought this
This greatly assisted my mom in her home. After fitting to the toilet it still moved a little more than I was comfortable with, but she was very happy with its performance

The rails are great for me!
These bars are great. My spouse felt they were not sturdy enough, but I like the rails a lot. The foot of rails lift up for cleaning. I would recommend it and the price was just right.

could have been great
It would have been great if it came with both legs. It only came with one leg. Customer service wouldn't ship me a replacement so I had to take it back to the store, get a refund and reorder it. The day before Christmas. The store was a zoo but I really needed this thing.

makes toilet opening very tight and the side supports are wobbly and I feel like they aren't strong enough to use to get up and I am a tall 5'10 woman and skinny.

I wish the handles were made further out. It hurts my shoulders when I reach back to lift up. It's still hard to get up..

Shaky, feels unstable.
Because of the extra joint at the back of each arm, the whole thing wobbles when you grab hold of it to get up or down. Does not feel safe. A person that needs it will be afraid to use it. The photos show the part that causes the entire arm unit to wobble. I bought them to give to friends. My personal one has no joint there; it is a solid uninterrupted metal bar which causes my unit (which is a different brand) to stay firm and steady. I'm returning the two of these that wobble.

Wobbly safety Rails
It's very weak and short . The back bars don't raise to even up with the front not good at all ! It's not sturdy when trying to get up off toilet very wobbly
